Dr. Sharat Lin, president of the San Jose Peace and Justice Center, will discuss "Why Gaza is a key to Peace between Israelis and Palestinians" on Friday, Feb. 19th, 7 p.m., at the Peace Resource Center, 1364 Fremont Blvd. between Sonoma and Hamilton St., Seaside.
Dr. Lin, author of articles on the Middle East, South Asia, global political economy, and labor migration, participated in the recent Gaza Freedom March that planned to enter Gaza to challenge the Israeli blockade, but faced the Egyptian blockade instead.
