The SENIORS at Hunters View have been tossed and shuffled just like some stale salad leaves. Seniors have been removed from Public Housing targeted for Development at Hunters Point (HP) - and forced to live in nearby interim housing without any American of Disabilities Act accommodations - that is their right but they are denied them. Hunters View Tenant Association cannot do nothing much - as long as the leader of the Tenant Association is on the take and a Sell Out. Now, I ask if this is what is happening now - what is in store for you all - so called WARRIORS - in the future?
When outsiders come into any community and without any RESPECT for our ELDERS dump them into empty housing on an interim basis - while trying to develop the units that these SENIORS occupied rightly, and now have to give up to make room for HOPE SF.
More the units that these Seniors and other occupy are polluted with Asbestos and more.

Other dubious entities that will repeat this scene - at Sunnydale Public Housing, Potrero Hill Public Housing, but you will see the forces of EVIL - right here and near - Hunters View.
These ploys and machinations must stop - and if they do not - it is on you. There is only so many times some entity or person can be told - we have laws, rules and regulations - but most of all we must have Accountability with full Transparency. At this time this is non existant.

So, why in the first place was Hunters View given to the John Stewart Company that employs over 1000 employees, controls rental units at the Presidio of San Francisco, Treasure Island, the many Single Residential Occupancy units in the many low income hotels in the Tenderloin, the Northridge Cooperative, and thousands of other units - in every nook and corner in San Francisco and beyond:

Folks that are old enough remember the Geneva Towers the entity that ran this operation was the John Stewart Company. Now, this company is the largest Property Management Company in San Francisco. These mostly very corrupt Whites go laughing to the bank while preying on poor folks - most of them of color and most of them defenseless. This nonsense must stop.

He knows how to work and massage the people when it come to getting money for little interest and then turning around and investing it - on projects where he gets the land for free, grants to build, and all he has to do is rent and manage the properties and mostly treat the people like dirt.

This present Economic Crisis that will last at least five years - will bring these jerks to their - knees. There will be tears, wailing, and those that thought they could steal and pander - will be adjudicated.

Some of us have been attending the community meetings at Hunters View, others at the SF Redevelopment Commission, at the Land Use, at the SF Planning Commission linked to Hunters View - and trying our best to fight for the affected community.
Those living at Hunters View and the other places cannot get and will NOT get everything on a platter. They must study the issues, be educated on issues, link themselves with good people, organize well with sincerity to help the community not themselves only, get into the habit of being disciplined, work hard and learn to work as a team. If we do this - we can sent the crooks clear across the precipice and let them drown in the CESSPOOL of their own making.
We did this with LENNAR so why cannot we do it with this small fish - let them try to defy us openly and see if they do not face the WRATH of GOD.
Believe me you there are thousands of San Franciscans that are educated and are fed up with the John Stewart Company. Fed up with Mercy Housing, fed up with Bridge Developers - fed up with those entities that pretend to help the poor - but keep on SHAFTING them.
We have too much of development and a concrete jungle and less of OPEN SPACE. Leave the land alone and let is heal itself. The most White thugs can do to other places and stay away from San Francisco.

None of them care to visit the sites that command panoramic views, that these scum bags want to make BIG bucks on the backs of poor people. Most of them are in for the money and pretend to superficially serve the people. Lots of talk and less walk.
I know of one family that had a reading of very high Asbestos Friables or Structures and one member died in the unit they are living at Hunters View. Other members will die - as ASBESTOSIS sets and surely kills you after years. One member is slowly dying right now but in this slow death - the suffering is unbearable.
