Stop Randy Shaw's HATE CRIMES FIRING at TENDERLOIN HOUSING CLINIC

THC's employees deserves better treatment however I believe that most workers here look the other way when injustice happens. This lady Krista just started working here about a year ago and was recently promoted to a higher position after she learned Ms. Perry job, it seems like she kicked her out for making a very minor mistake, at least being at a place for 5 years, maybe some good counseling but not termination. Randy Shaw seems to be concern with being recognized as a labor person, tenants advocate, blogger always complaining about our union SEIU1021 but at the same time making backrooms deals with them. Our union here at THC is a big time joke. More power to the people fighting the hate crimes at THC.

Sonya Perry did a great job dealing with the clients at THC and had great respect from each client . Since her new supervisor Krista has been in Housing the environment has been change from what it use to be. I went to THC with my brother to pay his rent and the place is not with the warmth that was there before this person Krista came . I wish the Hate Crimes will be exposed and the persons causing the problems be removed. Put Sonya back to work!!

Working with the homeless population was always a passion for me. While employed at THC I was able to set a tone of compassion and sympathy to our clients and staff. I was well liked and respected by MANY!!! Supportive housing is what I felt THC stood for, as well as supporting employees at THC. Well that is not the case. Being a victim of racisim is a unwanted feeling. Your bones will no longer feel warm. It's a discomforting feeling of coldness. The Hate Crimes at THC must STOP... We will meet again!!!

Stopping the hate crimes at THC: 1. Start a petition in the community to expose these evildoers and to remove the agency from the Tenderloin 2. Get the community involved about these outsiders coming in with racist agendas 3. Remember the speech--- Praise the lord --- pass the plate-- meaning get as many fired co-workers as you can a good civil rights attorney that know employment law and let the courts decide. Stop the hate !!

The dysfunctional operation at THC reflects on its ED, he does not have a clue as to how to deal with our clients however when it is time for an election he continues to be a flunky on his knees for the ones in power. Honor yourself by getting a lawyer to deal with this racist regime and make sure you give a summons to each person working at THC and let Randy Shaw and his relative Krista retaliate against us. Shame! Shame! Shame! on Randy and Krista. Tenderloin Clinic will be a better place with the both of you back in SOCAL but then where would you practice your hatred for people of color not in line with your agenda. Stop the Hate Crimes!!

Randy Shaw makes over $100,00 a year of our taxpayers money--- not to mention what he pays this person Krista Gaeta. Tenderloin Clinic has been dysfunctional for years and continue to get funding for the Care not Cash program recipients while paying one attorney over $90,000 to evict these same people [during this budget crisis]. Maybe it is time that the community demand an investigation as to what is happening with this non-profit agency. I can only hope that Sonya Perry and other workers who feel that they have been treated unfairly get their labor disputes resolved. Get yourselves counsel and file a good class action lawsuit against the discriminatory acts, talking about it does no good. Represent yourselves and the community with Dignity and STOP Randy Shaw's hate crimes.

I am employed at THC and the workplace conditions here are hostile especially in the Housing Department since Krista's employment started. Rhonda Randel, Jackie Williams, Nate Holmes, Ramses just to name a few in that department are no longer here. All are people of color--- what's up with that? Stop the Hate Crimes, bring back more professional and dedicated people to THC!!

Thanks to the services of Indybay we can expose these practices in the workplace and empower ourselves to take on so called privileged people like Shaw, who appears to be a big time hypocrite. Apparently Shaw is too arrogant to understand the term egregious--- think about it Shaw --- What would you do if the City and County of San Francisco decided to take all contracts back because of your inept performance and rewarded CHP all Care not Cash Hotels? Stop the hating Shaw--- you are too old--- furthermore remember your selfish and racist ways will be how the TENDERLOIN COMMUNITY give you just due. Treat everyone fair . Would you like your children to be treated the way that you have dealt with Sonya Perry? Was her minor mistake that egregious? REPENT!! REPENT and humble your weak selves.

All of this hate crime stuff will never appear in Beyond Chron--- WHY ? Even though Ms. Perry maybe an at will worker she still should press for a fair hearing about the matter. GOOD LUCK!!

First of all, if you notice it is mostly only people of color who are terminated which is called racial discrimination. Everyone in management is mostly "White" except for one person. Beyond Chron Editor salary is charged to the City and he is not suppose to be funded by the City. The attorneys each make over $100,000 and their salaries are charged to the City. Again the City is not suppose to pay for attorney salaries. Randy Shaw writes books during business hours and charges the City for his salary to write books. This is money that is suppose to be going to help the homeless. The Controller Wynne Tang stated that if the City were to find out how the money is really being used they would have to close their doors because of how they are misusing funds to fund attorneys and Beyond Chron. Demand that the Board of Supervisors conduct an audit of City funds. The union is suppose to represent employees. They are under union contract. Sonya should have had a hearing. It is time to hold THC accountable and demand that UNFAIR, DISCRIMINATORY RACIST practices stop.

Krista Gaeta is a case in point of someone who feels the need to flex up at every turn. This creates resentment in a lot of people. Throw in the fact she has gained position and power through nepotism and that is just disgusting. She is not a pleasent person.
