Menace to the TG community jailed.

On Monday January 25, 2010 Judge Donald Mitchell handed down the maximum sentence to Donzell Francis 41, for the assault of four transgender women. Francis has been linked to the assaults through DNA and investigators believe he is responsible for the death of Ruby Ordenana. Francis has been sentenced to 17 years and 8 months in a State prison, but he has yet to be tried for the death of Ruby O. Judge Mitchell says that Francis showed a complete lack of remorse for his victims.
The San Francisco police have admitted that other DNA samples have sat on the shelf for two years and have not been tested.

Pictured above Ruby Ordenana had been found deceased on a street corner in San Francisco's industrial part of Portrero Hill and DNA had been found on her body from her attacker, but San Francisco Police admit that the evidence sat on shelves for two years before it was tested.

generally, I disfavor the prison industrial complex, but if anyone deserves to spend a long time in jail, it's those who commit violent hate crimes

Donzell Francis has attended many TG only support groups, and many in the TG community knew that killer/rapist. This is a word of warning. Either arm yourselves TG folks or screen everyone not TG before letting them in your space or support groups.
Because the "killer was among you."
