It was a failed attempt at an occupation, in solidarity with homeless struggles. Failed, but an attempt nonetheless. We need more attempts at big things. Wondering why most of this was ignored on indybay though?

(there's not enough people volunteering with indybay, so 'we get what we get' from the limited folks in regards to the center column features. it would be great for more community members to take a greater role around here, by not only publishing, but also getting involved to sustain and build the indybay collective, and this community-built and supported resource ;-)
