This Academy Award-nominated documentary film shares interviews with American veterans of the Spanish Civil War who went on to live lives of activism. Film showing is in honor of Hilda Bell Roberts (1915-2009), a nurse in the Spanish Civil War and a life-long activist, and we will show a priceless, inspiring interview with Hilda in 1986 from the ALBA Archives.
