San Rafael > Marin Energy Authority board - should they stay with Shell?

A resolution that would authorize clean energy
discounts to Marin Energy Authority members who provide security for a
start-up loan for the Marin Clean Energy program will be considered by
the Marin Energy Authority board.

The authority's board members will also discuss... a final response to a
Marin civil grand jury report that recommended "pulling the plug" on
the clean energy program.
The initiative would put the authority in competition with Pacific Gas
