Our church and the San Francisco Vegetarian Society will be hosting a seminar by Kristin Doyle entitled "Food for Life." Kristin Doyle is a Registered Nurse, a Nutritional Consultant, and a Certified Natural Chef specializing therapeutic cooking. She is the author of the recently published cookbook Therapeutic Chef: Recipes to prevent cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

Tuesday, January 19, 2010: Fueling up on Low-Fat, High-Fiber Foods
Tuesday, January 26, 2010: Discovering Dairy and Meat Alternatives

The cost for this seminar is $40, which covers the materials and supplies.
