Develop your understanding of empathy and your ability to connect with yourself and others from compassion. Together we will learn to expand the possibility of compassion in challenging and sweet moments, and broaden awareness of how to choose empathy when triggered. We will practice speaking our deepest truths while showing care for other's needs.
