In July 2008, there was an alleged trespass at the home of a UC Berkeley vivisector. Joseph is being blamed for this, despite a complete lack of evidence. 17 months later and he is still dealing with the case. Joseph maintains his innocence. This is supposedly the start of a jury trial, but has been delayed in the past, and may be delayed yet again.
