What "Clean Up" is LENNAR talking about and Labor and ACORN are not to be trusted in SF.

LENNAR is a dubious developer that will look you in the EYE and LIE.

Notice the slogan that Lennar is into Clean Up when it talks about its project at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Clean Up of what? Lennar has nothing much to do with the real clean up of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - some 980 acres plus. The responsibility of the Clean Up is the United States Navy - that has dragged its feet and now is crawling, slower then a turtle that is drowsy and blind.

Lennar is into "Land Banking" taking control of dirty parcels, dividing them, and selling them to innocent sub-contractors. This time around LENNAR will be exposed. And with Lennar, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, and the corrupt, immoral Mayor of San Francisco, Gavin Newsom.

LENNAR took control of Parcel A one of the many parcel on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. After taking control of Parcel - and after the Record of Decision (ROD) was signed, Lennar proceed to clear cut over 400 mature trees without any permit.

Lennar, then found footprints of former buildings and their foundations.

It soon found radiological elements in the sewers and beyond that the watershed that was polluted because the sewer pipes were leaking. Nothing good comes from the U.S. Navy that during the War Effort used mostly "Minority Workers" to do their dirty work. Polluted the land with all sorts of sordid - atomic experiments. Adversely impacted all sorts of life.

All these Atomic experiments beg for the Precautionary Principle to be used as a guiding principle. Millions died from a bomb that left Hunters Point and was dropped on Japan. There is something called KARMA - and now it the time for KARMA to manifest - itself, for all the world to see.

Hunters Point conducted many atomic experiments and adversely affected large areas. Some 1800 acres for sure including Bay. Today, radiological elements leak into the Bay and the authorities that be - can whisper about it but nothing is being done.

The Environmental Protection Agency is fast asleep. We have Lisa Jackson the new Director at the helms of affairs. Lisa talks the talks but has yet to walk the walk. Never mind our children are dying and the same is the fate of elders.

The majority of the Bayview Hunters Point leaders that are Black and serve on the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Shipyard and the Bayview Hunters Point (BVHP) Project Area Committee (PAC) are sell outs and on the take. Leading the pack one Angelo King with the BVHP PAC on the CAC one Veronica Hunnicutt.

It is these ignorant so called Chairs of the two bodies that have cause untold damage. These two have worked with Lennar who has nothing to do with the clean up but is using the words " Clean Up" as a slogan to deceive the innocent constituents.

Lennar wants the land to be handed over to them - and if one know about Lennar's track record - Lenanr a Rogue Developer, specializes in taking over land, mostly toxic land and building inferior homes.

Lennar is a bad neighbor and has thousands of law suits filed against it - all over the Nation. Soon, Lennar will be brought before a judge - and the judge will see for him or herself - how Lennar has participated in trying to use "Land Banking" not only in Southern California but here in San Francisco.

The best thing that has happened to the community in the Bayview Hunters Point is the present Economic Crisis. This Economic Crisis has hit Lennar in the pocket and taken it over the precipice and Lennar is now drowning in the CESSPOOL of its own making.

Lennar is so shameless that it went four times to the State of California to beg for grants. The grants were denied them. Lennar is a skunk that wasted over $1 Billion of California pensioners money - CALPRS. Yet, this dubious, rogue company had the audacity to go through the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) to ask the State of California that is BROKE for money.

To get back to the point the U.S. Navy polluted the Shipyard and the neighboring areas and it is the responsibility of the U.S. Navy to clean it. To date, the U.S. Navy has been very slow to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. The Bay is being polluted and where there is an ebb and flow on the shores near by as it is with Candlestick Point - radiological elements have created havoc.

Lennar wants the land even though today it has jurisdiction over Parcel A - only. The other parcels B, C, D, E, G, UC1 and F that is the Bay - still come under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy. Lennar wants the world to believe that it has water-front property in San Francisco. What Lennar has is a Superfund Site - only the worse of the worst toxic sites are listed as Superfund Sites.

Lennar with intent wants to build homes in the middle of Chernobyl. It wants to build over 10,500 homes and thinks it can fool all the people all the time. This time around Lennar will drown in the CESSPOOL of its own making. There is no doubt about it - my sources close to Lennar tell me the company is sinking and sinking - deep.

Lennar is a LIAR. It will sleep with dubious entities one of them is ACORN who had been in the news and the Internal Revenue System (IRS) has discredited ACORN and it can receive no funds from the Government.

The SF Labor Council has made its bed with Lennar. The SF Labor Council is losing respect in San Francisco among decent people, and it just a matter of time before- Tim Paulson learns a lesson. I have personally spoken to this man and told him that he should not harm the innocent people. I know for a fact that he has got money from Lennar. Well, this money is BLOOD money and soon he will witness - the doom that such money brings.

You would think that Mayor Gavin Newsom who is in India - pussyfooting around, at this moment - would have stood by our children and done the right thing. Well, he has not. He is out of the Gubernatorial Race and now trying as usual to hoodwink other countries like China and India to invest in the United States and the Pacific Rim.

Let me tell you something - anything Gavin Newsom touches stinks to high heaven - he is living skunk with no morals.

Lennar keep painting a nice picture of what it will do. Well, there is nothing one can do on a Superfund Site unless it is cleaned to the highest standards possible - as laid down in Proposition P that passed by 87% and is a mandate, that should be followed by the City and County of San Francisco.

The Mayor Office of Economic Development and the SF Redevelopment Agency are tying to fast track a faulty, incomplete, incorrect Draft Environmental Impact Report - linked to Shipyard and Candlestick Point.

The draft EIR does not fully address an Economic Analysis pertaining to the current dire straits, economic conditions - facing this Nation, California,the Bay Area - and San Francisco.

The draft EIR does not address, fully, liquefaction and flooding two pertinent elements that Stop Lennar Action Movement and some educated leaders have brought to the attention of the City and County of San Francisco and Lennar.

Bay Area Commission on Development and Conservation (BCDC) has warned Lennar that it has to address Global Warming, Climate Change, Liquefaction, Flooding, Transit First issues and Lennar does not give a hoot.

Lennar has failed to show any good faith and is a bad neighbor.

LENNAR, has no plans to serve the needs of San Franciscans. IT IS A LIAR, CORRUPT TO THE VERY CORE.

LENNAR, as it has in other parts of the United States a plan to hoodwink, steal, and leave thousands of innocent people - holding contracts that will bring sorrow, fiasco, and headaches.
