CBS steals two Indymedia photos for their coverage of UC Campuswide Protests
Here are two screencaps of photos that CBS has stolen from Indymedia without giving any credit, attribution or compensation.

indybay's terms for use of photos and material is very clear...no corporations are to gain profit from anything posted on the site without express permission!
I mean, I steal yall's images and articles all the time, because I don't have time for journalism, and the radio posse can't be bothered to write articles apparently, but I ALWAYS give credit and a link at the top of the article to where I got the information from. Oh that, and we're a collective that doesn't make zilch and can barely pay our rent. But all that aside, SHAME ON CBS.

If you look carefully at the posted pictures it is clear that CBS is SELLING the photos, not just publishing them without permission. Bad, bad CBS.
these screen shots are from SFGate website, which sells its own photos but not those from CBS video they posted
they probably did make a fair amount of money from the Chevron ad you had to watch before you could get to their video on UC protests though
