Sophie Maxwell must go because with INTENT she has not REPRESENTED her constituents.
No one can commit blatant crimes and think that there is no justice and fair play. Often times, in today's Society people put their faith in dirty money. Little realizing, PEOPLE POWER when it ticks can take politicians down - more if they are corrupt and on the take - like Sophie Maxwell. For too long, have too many innocent children suffered. Too many elders have suffered - and now, we the people are on the verge of serving notice to the DEVIL one Sophina Maxwell. We, the people have agreed that the DEVIL must go. Enough of this abuse of power.
Sophie Maxwell is not only a despicable individual who is BLACK but with intent has chosen to defy norms and harm her own people. All this in District 10 and especially the Bayview Hunters Point.
For years many gave Sophie Maxwell a pass - just because many Blacks, especially thought it was not prudent to take down - the only Black Representative at the SF Board of Supervisors.
No more passes - Sophie must go.
However, all that changed recently when the decent LEADERS in the Bayview Hunters Point made up their mind - in unison and without the slightest hesitation that this EVIL so called Representative, from District 10 must go. Again and her Sophie has decided to go against her people. So much so that even other Representatives from other Districts - began to look at the plight of the Bayview Hunters Point - as that of all San Franciscans.
When one part of the body hurts or is harmed - the entire body suffers. That is our plight in the Bayview Hunters Point today - and we must address the cancer before eminent death - takes away LIFE itself.
The process of RECALLING the District 10 Supervisor is very simple. We the living constituents, all registered voters, serve her with a letter of intent. The letter contains the pressing issues that Sophie Maxwell has FAILED to address. In ten days Sophie after receipt of the letter of intent - Sophie Maxwell can reply, resign, or face the consequences.
Some dubious folks that have no clue about "dirty politics" want to speak for the community at large and have been addressing this issue of recall - when it is really none of their business. This time around, we the people want this dubious, corrupt, inept, lazy woman out of office.
This issue mostly arose when LENNAR a Rogue Developer chose to defy the community and poison our children and elders. LENNAR did this by bombarding the community with toxic dirt, Asbestos Structures, and breaking all the rules and regulation - laid down in Article 31 of the Dust Mitigation Plan of the SF Health Department. The Dust Mitigation Plan is part of the Disposition and Development Agreement - a legal document and binding.
If Sophie Maxwell had stood up for the community she could have easily made herself proud and saved face.
However, Sophie Maxwell, a chronic SELL OUT chose to defy the community. Did not utter one single word while our children were suffering and slowly dying. Did not do the same when it came to our Elders. For this evil deed - she must pay and her payment is that is must cease to REPRESENT - because simply put she is not worthy less evil in her thinking and acting.
Well, decent people rose up and formed Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM). We held Town Hall meetings for over three years and continue to hold these pertinent and vital Town Meetings.
We address our issue before every possible Regulatory Agency. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) fined LENNAR over $515,000 - for polluting the community and especially our children. Sophie Maxwell still continues to believe that all is well - because she is adamant - much like a donkey or a burro.
It is a crying shame that now all the Polynesian among them the largest group being the Samoans, Asians among them the largest group being Chinese, decent African Americans, decent Whites, the First People the Native Americans, others too many to mention - have joined hands to REMOVE this EVIL woman from office. They all have suffered and pretended that Sophie would change her ways - to NO avail.
We the people went to the other Supervisors from other Districts as a last resort and impressed upon them to have a hearing on some pressing issues, affecting the Bayview Hunters Point. Some of the issues were the disbanding of the Restoration Advisory Board, an audit on Lennar and its fiscal machinations, Health of our children and elders, corrupt and grafts and on going ploys used to divide the community.
The hearing was held on the Restoration Advisory Board and it being disbanded by the United States Navy. The U.S. Navy sent a letter saying that was not so - that it was debating whether to revive the RAB and we will see when.
The results of the hearing on the RAB and other pressing issues were good. The Supervisors hearing the sentiments of our parents, those suffering, the advocates, folks from all over San Francisco, our SLAM leaders, others - was impressive.
Room 250 the SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) chambers, holding 220 plus people was full, the other over-flowing rooms made available were full, the corridors at City Hall had many people walking up and down - they all had, had enough. Asians, Latinos, Blacks, Whites, Native Americans - people from all walks of life came to testify at the Hearing held November 5, 2009 in Room 250 at SF City Hall.
But, Sophie Maxwell was not impressed and continues to defy the constituents of San Francisco and more Bayview Hunters Point. One of the most despicable persons ever to hold office at City Hall - be is that she continues to think she REPRESENTS - Bayview Hunters Point and she really does not.
It is easy for us to collect 4000 signatures plus and remove this inept woman once and for all.
The Mayor can appoint this choice candidate and if this candidate does not represent - we the people will remove this person without any hesitation. San Francisco must respect the Bayview Hunters Point and forget for one second - that those SELL OUTS that think they stand for Bayview Hunters Point and represent us, really do not.
Here are their names so that those that doubt this action remember once and for all. Leading the pack of course Sophie Maxwell.
Then comes Aurelious Walker the lying Black Pastor without any morals and on the take. His side kick Lola Whittle who has always been fed off the generosity of the City and County of San Francisco - receiving grants. She runs a CAFE at the SFO airport. A Resource Center that receives more money - but delivers few concrete services. An audit is in order.
Pastors Calvin Jones, Bishop Green, Black Pastors all, the likes of Boyd, Bell, Lee, Bishop Frazer, Banks, and a host of other lay persons Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy, Veronica Hunnicutt and more. Angelo King, Cedric Jackson other mostly Black lay persons who have no clue about Cumulative Pollution, a sound Housing Element, never, ever read an Environmental Impact Report in their life - but yet talk from both sides of their mouth.
The above want jobs for the people - devoid of clean up where Depleted Uranium was first tested. A good idea would be for these folks to suck of lollipops - contaminated with radiological elements - since they are so naive and more ignorant of facts.
What good does it serve to build homes in the middle of Chernobyl? What good are the jobs while the workers slowly exposed themselves to the most adverse toxic environment? Who are these idiots to bark at the community and especially at the few advocates that are well versed with toxic more radiological issues?
It is the obligation of the United States Navy to clean up the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and so far they have done a very, poor job. Proposition P passed in the year 2000 by over 87% of the voters in San Francisco - mandated that the Shipyard be cleaned to Residential Standards. This has not been done.
Willie L Brown Jr. the former "thug" Mayor of San Francisco, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, Sophie Maxwell, the Pacific Heights Mafia that I have mentioned before - are all poised to steal our land, the last frontier and gentrify the Bayview Hunters Point.
A plan was in place starting with the early 1989s to flood the area with crack cocaine. Then other drugs and more guns. The leadership was divided - paid by vested interest to diminish any sense of order and bring the community to a state - where Community Based Organizations were paid - not so much to serve the community but to DESTROY the community.
It was the Bayview Hunters Point that first protested discrimination and created the Human Rights Commission. Now, the Human Rights Commission (HRC) is a farce - and prides itself with mundane issues and give a hoot about human beings - less the human beings of color living in the Bayview Hunters Point.
Does the HRC care to address the Unfinished Agenda? Or is this document lying on the shelf collection dust? What about the latest unfinished document on Out Migration? It is no pathetic how these so called leaders - make a mockery of those mostly people of color that have contributed so much to the making and progress of San Francisco - in the 1950s to the 1980s.

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency has expanded to over 2568 acres and more in District 10. Declaring large areas without DUE PROCESS and making them first Survey Areas and then Project Areas. At first the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) was a small area - affectionately called the Triangle. From Marin Street to Palou and from Industrial to Third Street by Palou.
Then from no where without any notice with no minutes to prove that the Triangle was expanded - large areas were declared as I said first into Survey Areas and now are Projects Areas - and that includes the Shipyard and Visitation Valley and beyond.
A few of us collected 33,000 signature to ward off SF Redevelopment Agency. The SF Department of Elections certified our signatures. Then Dennis Herrera used some strange law that has been made devoid by the Supreme Court to challenge the collected signatures. Now, that the case that was used to make null and void our signatures - has been thrown out - what really has become of our certified 33,000 signatures to ward off SF Redevelopment Agency?
The paradox is that Sophie Maxwell has carved her home from the Project Area - why? She lives by Third Street on Jerold Street - very near the KFC and St John's Church - for those that are really interested in investigating this despicable, dubious, person - that has ruined our community - take this clue and find out more.
The Bayview Hunters Point Community is all riled up and rightly so. This time around every women and men - who is registered to vote and others that want to be on the SF Voters Register - will be adjoined to joined this MORAL TASK - to rid our community of the DEVIL.
Our leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.
We know the way of the DEVIL and there is only one way to deal with this devil - rid the devil and fortify our people and our jurisdiction with righteousness.

I don't know if it's useful to describe Ms Maxwell as a mythical creature, an imaginary construct foisted on us by religious leaders for social control. There is no such thing as a devil, only humans who may or may not be corrupted by greed. If that's the case with Maxwell, why does she keep getting elected? I'm admittedly unfamiliar with Dist 10 politics but it seems like a better plan than a recall would be to recruit a strong candidate from the community to run for Maxwell's seat next year, since she will be termed out of office anyway. I look forward to reading more critiques of Lennar and Maxwell.
