Most San Francisco Board of Supervisors think nothing when our children are POISONED.
Most, SF Board of Supervisors think nothing when they are told the facts that our children are being poisoned by Lennar a rogue developer. It has been years now with all the facts that we can possibly gather. We have gone to the SF Board of Supervisors and revealed the TRUTH. Time and time again some SF Board of Supervisors have failed to respond to the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and San Francisco. Now, it is time to reveal their names. We do not expect a few of them to change - they can burn in HELL.
It is simply shocking to witness SOME of our San Francisco Board of Supervisors - looking the other way when told that our children are being poisoned by a Rogue Developer - LENNAR.
Three Supervisors Jake McGoldrick, Chris Daly and Eric Mar know more. The reason is simple they are on the Bay Area Air Quality Management District Board (BAAQMD) Board and have the facts.
For the over 400 Notice of Violations (NOV) - LENNAR, a rogue developer was fined $515,000. This was over a year ago and the BAAQMD agreed to help the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point, address the affected constituents. To date nothing has happened.
It is a shame that some SF Board of Supervisors (BOS) have taken money from LENNAR and are beholden to them. Now, when these SF BOS know for sure that they have proof that LENNAR has poisoned our innocent children - the right thing to do - is to return the blood money and take on LENNAR and fight for the people your represent. Fight for fair play and justice.
Failure to do so tells the world that these SF Board of Supervisors, have BLOOD on their hands. It is simply shocking in San Francisco, named after Saint Francis Assisi, a Saint with lots of compassion, that we have harden SF Board of Supervisors that have no compassion but more hearts of stone.
How can such SF Board of Supervisors behave in such a manner? It is simply mind boggling and what is more pathetic. These few SF Board of Supervisors should be ashamed of themselves and more because they have the BLOOD of our children on their hands. How can these few SF BOS look the other way - when our children have bloody noses, suffer from severe headaches, itchy throats, vomit, cannot sleep at night, have breathing problems - what else do so called Representatives - want to know?
Many of you have children - and yet you care not to do anything?
LENNAR, with intent has bombarded the whole neighborhood with Asbestos Structures. For months in year 2004 - Lennar with intent had NO working Asbestos and Dust monitoring equipment working. They simply removed the batteries!
When I relate these facts to my Engineer and Professional friends they are simply amazed and confounded. It is a shame that San Francisco and our Mayor Gavin Newsom - a father, they say of a young baby Montana - allows such nonsense to go on. October 15, 2009 we had an exeedance of over 400,700 Asbestos Structures. The cap has been set at 16,000 structures per cubic meter.
Not a word about this exeedance by the Main Press.
Not a word about it by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District and one Jack Broadbent who the the Director of the BAAQMD.
Not a word about this in writing from Chris Daly and Eric Mar that are on the BAAQMD, Board of Directors.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has done nothing much - they know a lot of what is happening but because the affected human beings are PEOPLE OF COLOR they are looking the other way. The EPA has BLOOD on their hands. I will be sending this article to them including the head of the EPA - one Lisa Jackson who is a JOKE.
Lennar, recently spent over 240 thousand to get over 350 million in tax breaks and did this within the Stimulus Plan - imagine tax payers footing the bill for LENNAR for wasting money, cheating people, and building inferior homes on toxic land.
LENNAR is bad news all over the Nation.
Today, thousands of homes are vacant in Florida, because LENNAR built inferior homes - people moved in and moved out. Others chose not to move in. LENNAR used inferior, toxic sheet rock - infested with fungi brought in from China. This rogue developer will do anything and everything to cut corner and make a fast buck.
Lennar declared bankruptcy at Mare Island. Promised to build 10,000 homes and declared bankruptcy after 10 years. Lennar will do the same in San Francisco.
Our SF Board of Supervisors are supposed to keep up with such facts but not Carmen Chu, Bevan Dufty, Sean Elsbernd, Michela Alioto-pier, David Chu. These SF BOS should especially be ashamed of themselves.
Then we have the leader of the pack - Sophie Maxwell. She will be recalled very soon. She is a pathetic loser - a scum bag of a person that we will remove from office. She will be recalled.
Shame on Eric Mar, David Campos, and Ross Mirkarimi for voting on the amendment proposed by Sophie Maxwell. Whatever, happen to the Progressives? I feel you guys are NOT educated on issues.
The only two that stood their ground Chris Daly and John Avalos.
Well, you folks will feel the heat even after you return from your junkets to China and other places where the BLOOD MONEY is spent. Today, Polynesians, Asian, Latinos, Native Americans, decent Whites and Black - know better. We have some SF Board of Supervisors that stink like a skunk and think they can act like skunks. They think they can come before the constituents - without the constituents, holding their noses.
Each and everyone of you, so called Supervisors that have BLOOD on your hands - repent. How many children have to die? How many Elders have to suffer and die? How many people have to get Asbestosis for you all to really see the TRUTH and witness many deaths?
The Shipyard was the first place where Depleted Uranium was tested. When do you guys that vote for LENNAR - get some lollipops - taint some with Depleted Uranium and suck on them as you may! It seem your foolishness is beyond comprehension.
Sophie Maxwell is corrupt and a person who has been on the take. She has received thousands of dollars from LENNAR. Her connections with LENNAR are so deep that she is now dragging others into the pit of snakes.
No one can harm children and think for a second that all will be well.
It will never, ever be well.
Shame on those that time and time again do not help the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point. We are strong and what makes us strong is our believe in God. With God on our side we can take on some skunks and face the devil and hold our ground.
The SF Board of Supervisor who have lost their mind - better apologize and repent. You just cannot ignore the harm done to our children with all the facts given to you - and think for a moment that all is going to be well. This will not happen - ever.
