The present White House talks the talk but does it walk the walk? Imagine the White House aiding a Rogue Developer like Lennar with tax payers money? Lennar is Rogue Developer that no one in their right mind - should have anything to do with. Here in San Francisco, LENNAR has with INTENT poisoned our children and elders. Yet, the SF Planning Commissioners all of them are poised to aid Lennar. I can say with some certainty that someone is on the take. Time will tell.
LENNAR is a Rogue Developer that will borrow money to bribe folks to get more money. It spent over $240,000 to lobby and had got grants so that in can float its operations, breathe a little, and cheat innocent home buyers. The White House knows this but has decided to aid LENNAR - with tax payers money:

Closer to home the San Francisco Planning Commissioners are ready to rubber stamp a fake, faulty, devoid of substance, with no empirical data, shallow Draft, Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Time to take this Draft, EIR to court. These freaking jackass should not be give a chance to do more damage - to the damage they have already done.
The Report first and foremost does not acknowledge that the Parcels it purports to address - the City and County of San Francisco does not have complete jurisdiction over - the Parcels come under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy. Hence what is mandated is a Environmental Impact Study - not a Draft, EIR.
No where in the Draft, EIR is there a concrete, detail study of the Economic Analysis as it pertains today and our Dire Economic Current Status there will remain with us for at least five years. This report is mandated by a City and County of San Francisco Ordinance.
The present SF Municipal Transportation Agency MTA) with Nathaniel Ford as it Director is BROKE. Yet, the SF, MTA has chosen to back LENNAR a rogue developers with all sorts of conceptual plans for Transportation linked to the Candlestick Area - but this is just a dream. Where will the SF MTA get its money from? Where will Lennar get it money from? Lennar is broke and will get deeper in bankruptcy and fiscal losses - within two months.
The present Third Street Lightrail begins at 4th and King and ends in the middle of no where in Visitation Valley. The Third Street Lightrail cost $700 million and occurs a loss to the SF MTA. Commuters that used to take the 15 MUNI bus still miss that bus - because it took you faster and with one single ride you could reach your destination.
The Third Street Lightrail affords the commuters NO Safety - graffiti is rampant and the Lightrail Cars stinks to high heaven - causing a Health Problem. People smoke weed on the cars, loud noise and abusing other well behaved passengers - is common.
Now, imagine this BROKE SF, MTA pretending to provide a State of the Art Transportation to the Candlestick Area. The area is prone to serious flooding and liquefaction.
Near by condominiums by Executive Part that once were priced at over $1 million - cannot be sold for $600,000 and are rented. Now, imagine LENNAR a rogue developer that has the habit of building - inferior homes of TOXIC LAND - bragging that it will build 10,500 homes. No skunk will live in these homes. As for humans why would you live in the middle of Chernobyl?
Earlier according to Proposition G - Lennar promised to build 33% affordable homes. But, has quickly changed its mind - and now promises 15% - so called inferior Affordable Homes. It bribed the Labor Council and one Tim Paulson, ACORN (that is being investigated) and the sell out organization not respect by the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point and beyond - SF Organizing Project.
There is talk of bring all the Alice Griffith folks back - but already over 60% of the resident have been moved out. Many cannot come back because they have been charged with crimes - and thus cannot avail themselves of homes under the SF Housing Authority. If this is NOT gentrification I do not know what is:

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a Superfund Site:

It is mandated that the U.S. clean up the entire Shipyard - to Residential Standards. This was laid out in detail by Proposition P in the year 2000 and over 87% of the voters, voted in favor of a complete residential clean up.
California State Law mandated 20% Clean Water and Electricity conservation. The Draft, EIR does not address that.
The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is pushing for Infrastructure, a Raw Sewage Plan, and Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program to aid LENNAR. The SF Public Utilities Commission is a JOKE. It has not kept the time-line linked to the $4.6 billion dollar Hetch Hetchy Program. I am monitoring the many programs and none of the Big Ones - have met their schedule.
The infrastructure at Hunters Point on Parcel A is full of Asbestos Structures and the SFPUC must be sued now - to avoid innocent workers from dying of ASBESTOSIS. October 15, 2009 we had an exceedance of over 400,700 Asbestos structures per cubic meter. The fake cap set for Parcel A by the SF Health Department and one Amy Brownell and Dr. Rajiv Bhatia is 16,000 Asbestos Structures per cubic meter.
European countries have strict regulation - and one single Asbestos Structure calls for stringent, mandatory fines and civil and criminal action. Here in San Francisco - we have a Mayor - Mr. Diptstick agreeing that 16,000 Asbestos Structures - will not harm our children and our elders. This man must be sued - and I hope he spends years in jails for his foolishness that has led to thousands of people - slowly dying in San Francisco in the year - 2009.

Lennar chose to use Senator, Mark Leno to add 23 acres of State Public Trust Land to it over all acreage - the over 940 acres Lennar already has been promised by Mayor Gavin Newsom and the SF Redevelopment Agency. This is totally wrong. Mark Leno is another Barnie Madoff and he and his ILK continue to damage San Francisco and this Nation.
Looking at the Conceptual Plan pushed by novices and sellouts like Tiffany Bodee and others - these sell outs that live outside San Francisco are only interested in their salaries and do not have the better interests of the constituents of San Francisco.
It is wrong to permit Lennar to steal Public Trust Land and the only Open Space and Urban State Park we have in San Francisco and give it to LENNAR.
I will be address the over forty other deficiencies plus - when I detail the deficiencies and send them to the SF Planning Department. Suffice to say Dean Macris has done a poor job. Mayor Gavin Newsom is in deep trouble but he will soon drown in the cesspool of his own making.
