The present SF Planning Commission simply rub stamps most of the actions that come before it. For sure it has NO CLUE about the Superfund Site that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Lennar the Rogue Developers has been funding some SF Planners behind the scene and for sure DEAN MACRIS the former SF Planning Director - who is a CZAR at the SF Planning Department - complete with STAFF and access to whatever he wants. What is the SF Board of Supervisor going to do about this - NONSENSE?
Last Thursday, November 5, 2009 the inept, uninformed, rubber stamping San Francisco Planning Commission that heared the "information only" agenda item on Candlestick Recreation Area and the 23 acres plus that Lennar has acquired through the dubious State Bill 792 - initiated by Senator Mark Leno - once and for all proved to all decent constituents that the San Francisco Planning Commission present for that hearing - in unison made up their mind to support LENNAR and its EVIL ploys and machinations.
One person behind the scene that could have facilitated this nonsense is Dean Macris the former SF Planning Director - who now works incognito for the SF Planning Department and is funded by Big Developers to do their "dirty work" and foster the worst type of dubious plans and machinations that will adversely impact - millions in the future and San Francisco.
Dean Macris has always embraced large developers and developments for one simple reason - big money that he and others have taken under the table.
We have reliable sources that are monitoring the situation - and we know that EVIL people like Sophie Maxwell are aiding and abetting Dean Macris on the side. Sophie Maxwell's aide - once worked for SF Planning and his main purpose working as an aide is to push for the large scale Big Development in and around Bayview Hunters Point, Visitation Valley, Sunnydale, Potrero Hill - with little or no input from the PUBLIC at large.
By bring very large areas - illegally under the SF Redevelopment Area - EVIL FORCES are fast tracking the development of land that has NOT been planned and more with little input from the constituents that are decent. Rogue Black Pastor and mostly Black sell outs from the Bayview Hunters point, all on the take - now, support Lennar but all this will soon come to an abrupt - halt.
Of course meetings are called and the fake Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (BVHP PAC), the Visitation Valley Citizen Advisory Committee, the other task forces like the one set up to evaluated the Power Plant (Mirant) and the proposed Combustion Turbines, the present task force to monitor the Waste Water Plans, other dubious Task Forces set up by the EVIL, Sophie Maxwell all help Big Developers and make it easy for some one like Dean Macris, the Pacific Heights Mafia to do their dirty work.
Land is at a premium and the ones that control the land - control most - everything.
Of course the San Francisco Board of Supervisor will say they are NOT aware of all this nonsense going on with Dean Macris and the SF Planning Department. Just like they were not aware of Amy Brownell from the SF Health Department taking money from Lennar. The Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Work Force - getting money from SF Redevelopment Agency and Lennar - on Parcel A and related dubious actions and projects.
Under the inept Mayor Gavin Newsom - well known in all circles as Mr. Dipstick - the City and County of San Francisco has gone down the drain and to the hogs.
Gavin has no morals and has sold out the City. One has just to monitor the dubious contract given to a San Mateo firm - WEBCOR - the development at 525 Golden Gate Avenue and the expansion of the San Francisco General Hospital. Any audit linked to the contracts will expose - money funneled to the Mayor of San Francisco and the Mayor's campaign - coffers.
On Parcel A the infrastructure is contaminated with Asbestos Structures but the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is all set to provide Parcel A and the other Parcels proposed to be given to the City of San Francisco - through Early Transfer - access to Clean Water, Waste Water, and Electricity.
Where is plan to provide these necessities to over 30,000 units? 100,000 units taking into account the neighboring cities - that use San Francisco's Waste Treatment Plant, receive our Clean Water, and of course Energy. Add to that Transportation, and a host of other vital services that will burden San Francisco.
The State now demand twenty percent conservation on large projects? Who is talking about this very pertinent factor? Where are the 100,000 units going to get their Clean Water, who is take care of the Raw Sewage, where is the quality infrastructure and who is going to build it?
Right now the SF Pubic Utilities Commission proposes to provide its own electricity - trying to compete with Pacific Gas and Electric. It is using a model of Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) that the SFPUC has no real idea of implementing. One area that will come to haunt the SFPUC are the transmission lines - the other Marketing of Power on Real Time Trading. Another providing - quick maintenance. Time will tell.
Behind the scenes - Dean Macris, Richard Swig now taking control of the SF Redevelopment Commission, Michael Cohen who has been pandering to Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein, Richard Blum and Walter Shorestein, and others all dubious in nature. The former Marcia Rosen who was fired, the man on the side who prepared the way for most of this nonsense, Jesse Blout (now working for Goldman Sacks)- other crooks of the same ILK - are all poised to destroy San Francisco and steal our precious land.
Bottom line these fools want the land. Economics is tied to land. The ones that control the land - control most everything. Once these EVIL people have the land - they decide who lives on the land. Throughout the short history of America - we have seen this.
Imagine the land - all of it being stolen from the Muwekma Ohlone. Now, imagine these evil folks trying to take it all - including the State Parks that comes under the Public Trust Land Act and the Burton Act. This EVIL people want to have it all.
The only factor slowing this process has been the present ECONOMY that according to the reliable sources will not recover for over three years.
So, we the POOR people fighting these EVIL forces that I have mentioned - have a narrow window of opportunity to silence this EVIL forces - thinking innovative methods, outside the box, monitoring their ploys and machinations, encouraging independent attorneysof good will, taking these scum bags to court - and stalling their plans for years.
Time is money - and if one can stall these EVIL forks for at least five years - they will wither and DIE.
This is not easy - but as those of you that support me know - I started this one man campaign a long time ago - and they "nay sayers" told me I could not bring down - LENNAR.
Well, here is the good news - Lennar is history and sinking in the cesspool of its own making.
No, sound fiscal institution will fund the LENNAR projects - they all have been provided with documents that reveal the details and empirical data - linked to sites that are Toxic and more listed on the Superfund Site. No, major financial institution will fund any project that is laden with toxicity and more serious liability.
Politicians are crooks and we have some that support Gavin Newsom that are part of this gang of crooks and good for nothing scum bags.
The usual suspects that are giving their vote to the Gavin Newsom ploys - just because some idiot in the Mayor's Office - Room 200 decided to tell them to do so. Well, Gavin Newsom is history, on the verge of a nervous break down. The jackass cannot take defeat - and his recent pulling out from the Gubernatorial Race - is just that - a jackass running on the wrong track.

Lennar cannot afford to buy all the support they need - not everyone is for SALE. So far the Black Pastors and mostly Black Supporters - have come to Lennar's aid. We saw that on November 5, 2009 in Room 400 at the " simple hearing " on the Candlestick Recreation Area, before the SF Planning Commission - with the center piece a building, a 25 story building - by the present Candlestick Stadium on land prone to liquefaction and flooding!
