LENNAR plans to build thousands of inferior homes on TOXIC LAND at HUNTERS POINT.

by Francisco Da Costa
LENNAR is out to bluff and hoodwink pretending to build thousands of inferior homes in the middle of a Superfund Site - known as one of the most TOXIC SITE in the Nation. Mayor Gavin Newsom will not realize his sordid dream - nothing much will come to be at Treasures Island and less at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. No one can poison our children and elders and go Scott Free. No one entity can adversely impact a community such as the Bayview Community - and not be adjudicated by the Public at Large. Lennar is history and the sooner it leaves San Francisco - the better.
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is very toxic. Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Only a FOOL would dare live at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard surrounded by the worst TOXIC CESSPOOL in the Nation.

Insurance Companies charge thousand more to insure any FOOL that dares build a home surrounded by Radiological Elements - more over 300 Radiological Elements of the worst kind.

Lennar a Rogue Developer thought it could come into the Hunters Point Bayview Community and bluff the community more hoodwink Hunters Point Bayview community. The present dire economic straits have put companies in good standing building homes - in the doldrums - there is no credit and banks and other financial institutions are slow to lend money.

LENNAR is a Rogue Company that has a very bad track record. It has used toxic SHEET ROCK on thousands of homes in Florida. Cheap, toxic sheet rock that it imported from China. At Hunters Point it has saturated a large area, over 100 acres plus with ASBESTOS Structures - it did that by not following the Dust Mitigation Plan and Asbestos Mitigation Plan - as laid down in Article 31 of the San Francisco Health Plan.

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has fined Lennar $515,000 the largest fine ever given to any company or entity in the Bay Area. At that time Lennar had over 380 Notices of Violations and should have really been fined - $38 million. As it stands today Lennar has over 500 Notice of Violations and growing.

In recent weeks on October 15, 2009 there was an exceedance of over 400,700 Asbestos Structures per cubic meter. The cap is set at 16,000 Asbestos Strucutures per cubic meter. The whole area some 75 acres that comprise Parcel A that really consists of two large parcels are saturated by Asbestos Structures. Bordering that a greater area will be affected as Asbestos Structures float all over the City and County of San Francisco.

The Asbestos is everywhere in the infrastructure and everywhere. Workers that work and have worked for a prolonged time are suffering from respiratory problems. No one is paying attention to this fact. The City and County of San Francisco have been listening to two fools - one Dr. Mitch Katz and another Dr. Rajiv Bhatia that have been on Lennar's payroll. Well, the time has come for these two fools to be exposed.

Article 31 has been amended twice - but what is important to note is that - Article 31 has not been implemented and has no clout. Folks like Amy Brownell who work for the SF Health Department in the Environmental Department - has failed to bring Lennar before the authorities - but now God has come to the rescue of the community.

Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) has been consistent and focused on doing the right thing. The Director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has promised to help us and said so at a meeting in San Francisco. Her name is Lisa Jackson. Time will tell.

The EPA - Regional IX has been very slow - but again we know from history the U.S. Government have been slow to support the Bayview Hunters Point community. However, as I have said with God on our side - we have nothing to fear. We are over 25,000 strong and growing - with support from all over the Bay Area and beyond.

Lennar should leave San Francisco and stop fooling as that it will build some inferior homes - and set aside 15% affordable housing. I thought we had Proposition G supported by Senator Diane Feinstein, Mayor Gavin Newsom , Sophie Maxwell, Aurelious Walker, Lola Whittle, and other sell outs, mostly Black and too many to mention - that settled for 33% of affordable housing. The LIARS continue to LIE - and no one can FOOL all the PEOPLE all the Time.

The LIARS, lied on day one and the LIARS will lie until they leave this Earth and burn in HELL. Most notably among them many Black Pastors - Bishop Frazer, Bishop Green, Pastors Calvin Jones, Aurelious Walker, Gary Banks, Joe Bell, Lee, McGray, Boyd, and a host of other pathetic liars and men of the cloth on the take.

Lennar is history and not one single "dog house " will be build at Hunters Point.

No one can desecrate the area as was done by the United States Navy and then pretend that all will be WELL by Capping the land.

Your time has come LENNAR - and the sooner you set aside your EVIL plans and flee San Francisco - the better. The land will OPEN and gobble you all up. That time is round the corner - so pay heed and flee.
