On Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at 8.30 AM, Ezra Nawi will receive his sentencing. He was accused of participation in a riot and assaulting a police officer. Ezra pleaded not guilty on all charges, and refused to accept a plea bargain, and now he is probably facing incarceration.
