SEIU is planning a rally to protest cuts to In-Home Support Services (IHSS), preceding Monday's federal court hearing on the issue in Oakland.

The judge has issued a Temporary Restraining Order, which halts further letters being sent to individuals to announce cuts to their in-home support, at least until the hearing on Monday.
