Dennis Herrera LIES - touting his horn as the only City Attorney worth SHIT - BS.

When the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency some yeas ago decided to move on their devious plan and increase the former Project Area many times over, in the Bayview Hunters Point Area - some, of us decided to put on a Ballot Measure challenging the Racist City, the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA), Mayor Gavin Newsom, District 10 Supervisor and collected over 33,000 signatures.

The San Francisco Department of Elections and its Director, John Arntz certified the signatures. Some days after this Dennis Herrera the City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco - declared our signatures - null and void. We will always remember this.

I remember very well Dennis Herrera on the Step of City Hall approaching me and telling me that he did the right thing - by declaring the 33,000 signature null and void. I simply told him that 33,000 decent constituents all tax payers - could not be wrong. He had nothing to say and walked away.

This Racist City insisted that we should have had the documents, some 4000 pages making reference to an area in question on the Ballot. We made sure those that signed the petition read the documents. We made sure that a gist of what the documents stood for was mentioned in the printed petition - and given to every constituent that chose to sign our petition.

Some corrupt folks will use technicalities to put down others. We have seen this with the failure of our Nation Economy. Do cannot trust corrupt politicians and Dennis Herrera is one of them. The sucker will smile on your face and stab you in the back.

He is a Racist and I dare him to come and have a meeting in the Hunters Point Area and do some concrete outreach before the meeting. He can bring all the Security he needs to assure his safety. My aim is simply to debate this scum bag - one on one.

Recently, City Attorney approached the San Francisco Bayview asking them for an endorsement and print an article about his forth coming run for the post of City Attorney. The San Francisco Bayview Newspaper refused his request. We can never forget a "thug" who is for Big Developers and use ploys and machination to prepare the way for his own advancement. We will never forget the day he made null and void - over 33,000 signatures.

This was much before Proposition F. Dennis Herrera sided with Proposition G - Senator Diane Feinstein, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell, Lola Whittle, Aurelious Walker, James Bryant - all folks on the take and mostly corrupt. None of them are respected in the community at large in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Dennis Herrera is proud to have initiated the "Gang Injunction" in a one square block of Oakdale in the Bayview Area. Touting, that he, Dennis Herrera would end crime and that the area in question had gang members committing killings and shootings. Well, today he knows better - but, he still thinks initiating "Gang Injunctions" was the right thing to do when it was not.

Gang Injunctions were first initiated in Los Angeles where thousands use to be killed every year. With the enforcement of Gang Injunctions in Los Angels - today Los Angeles gangs are all over the Nation. Few will state this fact. There is no way - anyone in their right mind can compare San Francisco with Los Angeles gangs. Except an idiot like Dennis Herrera and of course Mayor Gavin Newsom an immoral person. This man slept with his best friend's wife.

Today, in San Francisco crime is on the increase and other types of crimes such as "car thefts", robberies, assaults, shooting and killings are on the increase. We even have fights on the MUNI bus and more on the streets of San Francisco. Under Dennis Herrera - Quality of Life has gone down and as City Attorney all this scum bag is doing is preparing the way for the next higher office. One day this jerk wants to run for Mayor.

Talking the League of Women Voters - Dennis brags that he is instrumental he making some sort of arrangement to shut down the Mirant Plant. This is a BIG LIE.

The man is a joke. When some us of came with a plan years ago to shut down the Mirant Plant and the Hunters Point Power Plant - we did it using our intelligence and negotiating with Pacific Gas and Electric, the California Public Utilities Commission, the California Electric Commission, the Federal Energy and Regulatory Commission, the California Independent Systems Operator. Other Stake holders.

We did not see the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, and Dennis Herrera anywhere around. You can contact Lynne Brown and Michael Boyd and find out if what I say is the TRUTH.

Years ago we worked with Jim Hutchingson from the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) to force the Department to inspect the homes managed by Apartment Investment Management Company (AIMCO). The DBI did a good job and helped fine AIMCO some millions.

In comes Dennis Herrera and makes a deal as City Attorney that one million dollar put side aside to build the Willie Mays Boys and Girls Club. He did this act to give credit to himself. As any jack ass would do.

Here is the joke of this agreement. True, the Boys and Girls Club has been built but the boys and girls that come to this Club are not from the immediate neighborhood. Youth are bused from far away. There is the San Francisco Police Department - in this complex, perhaps the only Police Station in the Nation - inside a Boys and Girls Club. Some one must visit the Willie Mays Boys and Girls Clubs - in cognito and find out for yourself if what I state is correct.

I could not imagine this LIAR taking credit of this action that instead of helping the community and the youth has cause many to be killed and immense hardship to others. The Willie Mays Boys and Girls Clubs is not used - even though it has state of the art facilities. This is the sad part after spending millions - this Boys and Girls Clubs is under used.

When the former torn down Boys and Girls Club was shut down the idiots that run our City chose to shut down, not only the former Club situated at 195 Kiska Road but the one on 3rd Street the Joseph Lee Gym on Newcomb at the same time. The only two main Club where most of the boys and girls could go to recreate.

Many youth had no where to go and many lost their lives during the three Summers that followed before the Joseph Lee Gym and Club was rebuilt and the present Willie Mays Boys and Girls Club. Six people died within a few hundred feet from the Willie Mays Boys and Girls Club situated at 195 Kiska Road at Hunters Point. What has Dennis Herrera to state about this fact. He takes credit for contributing to the building of the Willie Mays Boys and Girls Club but what about the death of our people? Can Dennis Herrera put a prize on life? Or does this Racist Person just look the other way and think he can hoodwink all of us in broad daylight?

Dennis Hererra has taken on Pacific Gas and Electric and lost each and every time on matters linked to Transmission Lines and Energy Issues. Millions of tax payers money has been wasted - because of the dumb, idiotic actions of some SF City Attorneys working for Dennis Herrera.

Dennis Herrera does not care for the hard working tax payer - he DOES care for the filthy rich, the Pacific Heights Mafia, the good for nothing San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee that is endorsing him on their SORDID - slate.

In years past this good for nothing corrupt committee has chosen very corrupt candidates to be put of their SLATE. The same with crooked ballots and of course folks NOT educated on issues would vote for the mostly corrupt candidates mentioned on the SLATE.

Well, the time has come to send the world a message - do not endorse and VOTE for Dennis Herrera. You could write in the name of your dog or cat to protest.Simply write in Mickey Mouse.

It is time the Women League of Voters do not give an interview under NO circumstances without having some one to stand and state the point of view of the opposition - even if there is NO opposition candidate.

DO NOT VOTE FOR A CORRUPT SAN FRANCISCO, CITY ATTORNEY WHO IS DOING THE BIDDING OF BIG DEVELOPERS AND WANTS TO PREPARE HIMSELF FOR HIGHER OFFICE WHEN HE HAS OPPOSED THE WILL OF THE COMMON CONSTITUENT.
