Now, Michael Cohen suddenly has embraced this person who lives outside San Francisco and comes to this City to earn her money. Tiffany Bohee should be ashamed of herself - spewing lies and dividing our community. The typical ploy used by the Pacific Heights Mafia - using a Black to sell the goods that the Pacific Heights Mafia want to be sold. Tiffany's presentation yesterday before the Bay Conservation and Development Commission was a joke. This woman has no business ruining our community in San Francisco - the Bayview Hunters Point.
Lennar chose Tiffany Bohee to give an introduction and Ms. Tiffany Bohee who is Black and does not live in San Francisco - gave one of her usual disinformation diatribes and proved to the whole world, what a SELL OUT she is. She made a fool of herself and that was good for the Bay Conservation and Development Commission to see in front of everyone present at the meeting.

Judging from the many valid questions the Commissioners asked - you can bet Lennar will be bringing forth many changed design plans - in its doomed project to build over 10,500 homes on mostly very toxic land. At the moment Lennar's Conceptual Plan is just a dream - and a dream can be one worst - nightmare.
Lennar has a plan to build a Causeway that really should be a bridge. When asked if a vehicle caught on fire on that bridge - what plans did Lennar have - the consultant who stood up said: " we really did not think about such a siutation". Well, Lennar does not think about Quality of Life issues. What Lennar, a Rogue Developer does is buy folks, what is called bribing and tries to make headway. All Lennar really cares for is making tons of money at the expense of others.
On this project sponsored by the SF Redevelopment Agency and Hunters Point Shipyard Development Company Limited Partnership - which is Lennar's forth incarnation since its first Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) , linked to the Shipyard was formed in 1998 - is a joke that is waiting to explode.

Recently Senator Mark Leno who has been paid by Lennar introduced Senate Bill 792 aiming to steal about 40 acres of State Park Land at Candlestick Recreation Area. He has to settle for 22 acres but this is not a done deal. The community now wants Lennar out and will be on Lennar tail for the longest time ever.
Mark Leno working with Sophie Maxwell who terming out as District 10 Supervisor thought they could fool all the people all the time. One of the reasons these very corrupt and dubious politicians can do as they please - is because the MAIN MEDIA does not report of a meeting such as was held yesterday, before the Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) and which impacts such a wide area in San Francisco. In fact the only Open Space in San Francisco that should not be developed and by the Bay.
The paradox Lennar has a lot of land to develop at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. But, it has chosen to defy the Bayview Community and wants to steal more land - but this time State Park Land that belongs to all of California and all Californians as I stated before the Bay Conservation and Development Commission. The rules from the Burton Act also govern State Park Lands besides the Public Trust Act.
