Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom looks the other way when it comes to our children in the Bayview
Mayor Gavin Newsom who happens to be the Mayor of San Francisco has the moral duty to protect our children, especially the health of our children in the Bayview Hunters Point. Mayor Gavin Newsom with intent has failed our children in the Bayview Hunters Point. Mayor Gavin Newsom has done nothing, accept pander to the corrupt officials at the SF Health Department and other entities on the take, to deceive the constituents of San Francisco - while permitting our children and elders to suffer in the Bayview Hunters Point at the hand of a Rogue Developer - LENNAR.
It is the moral duty of any Mayor to protect our children and elders. Two segments of the population any decent and ethical Mayor of any City or town will exercise as part of her or his duty as Mayor. Gavin Newsom will talk the talk but when it comes to walking the walk he fails - in toto. Mayor, GAVIN NEWSOM has FAILED our children in San Francisco is very, large measure.
Many decent doctors at many of the local hospitals be it St. Luke's, Kaiser, SF General Hospital, St. Mary's, St. Francis, Seton Medical Center, other smaller clinics are fully cognizant of the fact that something horrible is happening in the Bayview Hunters Point. If you visit these doctors and ask them about our children they will tell you something horrible is happening. Then, they will look at you as if they hands are tied.
If these children were mostly White something would have happened immediately. Let me tell you if dogs were suffering in large measure - something would have been done. But, since these are children of color - most folks in power just look the other way and think the problem will go away. Never.
Even, the local clinics at ground zero know that something very horrible is happening to the children and the elders. When thousands of innocent constituents suffer from bloody noses, teary eyes, throats that itch, severe headaches, no appetite, cannot sleep at night, suffer from acute aches and pains - the doctors and nurses know that something is wrong.
This same constituency before 2004 did not suffer from the above mentioned ailments in such a large measure. Mayor Gavin Newsom knows who the CULPRIT is but he will look the other way. The culprit is LENNAR a Rogue Developer that from early 2000 has been buying politicians and local thugs - left, right, and center.
Then in the year 2004 started large scale grading of Serpentine Rock - crushing the rock and releasing large amount of Asbestos Friables or Structures that have harmed so many. Add to that toxic dust with radiological elements - and you have a very, very serious situation.
All the Federal, State, and local Regulatory Agencies know about this situation but no one wants to do anything about it. Not even President Barrack Hussein Obama - who knows a lot about ASBESTOS and the adverse affects of this horrible and dangerous, toxic - material.
Mayor Gavin Newsom will fail as Mayor - but his failure will be one recorded in the annals of the history of San Francisco, where it will be mentioned he has BLOOD on his hands. No Mayor in the recent history of San Francisco has gone out of his way NOT to protect our children in San Francisco as has Mayor Gavin Newsom.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has done nothing, I repeat done nothing to save our children from the toxic dust, asbestos friables, radiological elements, other elements such as mercury, PCBs, cesium, and so on all coming from the very toxic Parcel A. Never mind that the Environmental Protect Agency, the Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Regional Water Board, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, other local, State, and Federal agencies agreed that Parcel A was clean - when it was NOT.
All the above agencies are kept in line by the Pacific Heights Mafia and those so called Representatives that have failed to protect San Franciscans and hold important positions in the Congress, House and Senate - in other positions of power but have no conscience.
The same in Sacramento with the exception of Senator Leland Yee and Assembly Tom Ammiano.
Those that work for Lennar will suffer the consequences - make no mistake about it. Money is not everything - and GREED will bring you down.
In the year 2004 over 400 mature trees were clear cut without any permits at Parcel A - the same parcel that Lennar went into operation with large scale grading of Serpentine Rock. Lennar failed to use millions of gallons of water to keep down the Asbestos friables - and failed to adhere to the Dust Mitigation Plans and Article 31 of the SF Health Department.
Today, we have the Mayor bragging that he has planted over 20,000 trees. But not a mention of the 400 mature trees cut at Parcel A. Over 900 mature trees are places like McClaren Park and other places. These type of conflicting actions makes Mayor Gavin Newsom a fool. The present Director of the Environmental Protection Agency Lisa Williams is dragging her feet. Time will tell. Also, the current folks at Region IX where political forces and the Pacific Heights Mafia are trying to pull a fast one. No one can fool all the people all the time. The time has come for the WRATH of God to deal with the evil ones - so, go on playing with fire and you will all burn.
Breathing Asbestos structures is very serious and in the years to come those that fall prey to the disease will suffer when they cannot breathe. But, what is more the pain that accompanies the breathing is the worst ever. Those that have seen the patients that suffer from Asbestosis known what I am talking about.
Soon, the Mayor of San Francisco will be put on notice. Of course he will deny the fact that he has harmed the children and the elders. But, that is nothing new and is a well know trait from this well know LIAR of a Mayor.
The man is not to be trusted as is known from the well know incident when he slept with his best friend's wife Ruby and shunned the long time friendship of Alex Trouk who helped him win the Mayoral election. The worst among the San Francisco Board of Supervisors that has done harm to the children of the Bayview Hunters Point is Sophina Maxwell a product of Haight Ashbury that migrated to the Bayview around 1994 and brags that she has been living in the Bayview for over 30 years. Even today she lives some where else most of the time.
This one despicable woman who happens to be Black is a disgrace to the human race and has the blood of our children. Recently, at a hearing in Sacramento linked to Senate Bill 792 - this despicable woman spoke in favor of Lennar buying 40 acres of Candlestick Recreation Area - Public Trust Land that belongs to all Californians. Lennar is ready to shell out $50 million to buy land at Candlestick Recreation Area. Yet, declared Bankruptcy at Mare Island after 10 years promising to build 10,000 homes - and then after 10 years walking away. Such are the ploys of Limited Liability Corporations.
Lennar at Hunters Point has reorganized itself three times - first it was Bayview Hunters Point (BVHP) Lennar, LLC, then Hunters Point Shipyard, LLP, and now it has a couple of other entities attached to it and is a LP. The same snake with different heads:

Sophina Maxwell, in a way is the shadow of the Mayor when it comes to Big Developers and Rogue Developers - for a little money she will and has sold her soul. You will never, ever hear this woman praise God or thank God. It is this cry from our suffering children that will bring down these evil people, some politicians but others men of the cloth - such as Aurelious Walker, too.
We have a very narrow window of opportunity for those in power to repent and then make good the harm that they have done. The longer they FAIL to repent the stronger will be the force and anger of the ONE that sees all. NO one for sure can harm innocent children and not be taken to task - none what so ever.
Lennar has 980 acres of toxic land that it wants to develop at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Never mind about radiological elements. Never mind about Liquefaction. Never mind about Flooding. Just forget about Cumulative Pollution.
Now, it wants another 40 acres of Public Trust Land - the Candlestick Recreation Area. When will this GREED stop?
Lennar may have realized what I have been saying for so long - they find it difficult to build homes some 10,000 plus in the middle of Chernobyl? Time will tell.
