California State Senator keeps on lying about Candlestick Recreation Area and the 22 acres according to the latest amendments linked to Senate Bill 792, Leno is helping Lennar, STEAL from the constituents of California - all of it Open Space, grasslands, and all of it comes under the Burton Act and the Public Trust Land Act. This slithering, venomous snake will hit below the belt, speak from both sides of his filthy mouth, all in the name of GREED and MONEY. Lennar is a Rogue Developer that with intent poisoned our children. Anyone that sides with LENNAR has BLOOD on their hands.
Senator Mark Leno has never, ever been forthcoming in his dealings with the constituents in San Francisco and when it comes to money, Mark Leno will pocket he cash, in the name of filling his OWN campaign coffers.

The recent amendments that were passed by Mark Leno linked to Senate Bill 792 mention 22 acres but the man keeps spewing diatribe and talks about 18 acres of some parking lot. Well, the fact is that if you look at the map that is provide to some of us and has the stamp of Lennar of it - and God alone knows why - it is a map that shows over 22 acres of land - most of it Open Space and land that the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point and California consider and treasure as Public Trust Land. Many call it Open Space and rightly so.
As many of the readers know this land was stolen years ago. It all belongs to the First People the Muwekma Ohlone. No one can tell a Rogue what is right and what is wrong. No one can tell a Rogue that partners with sordid characters and more with a well know Rogue Developer, Lennar that buys votes left, right, and center. We know our Nation has become a Nation of thieves and gamblers. Goldman Sachs, AIG, Leahman Brothers, are of the ilk that Mark Leno belongs - thieves and liars to the very core.

Now, why would anyone in their right mind want to come all the way to Candlestick Point to steal land and carry on a Land Grab that will affect a wide area. No one talks about it - but when you read the entire Senate Bill 792 it is horrifying how these very corrupt politicians and "Land Grabbers" act and how they will use cut throat methods to steal, plunder, rob, grab, and even destroy some one to get what they want.

In these days of cyberspace and sound information we must do what it takes to keep these vermin at Bay. Some politicians love to use legislation to "Grab Land" then turn around and use "Big Developers" mostly the crooked ones like Lennar to use "Land Banking" and unqualified sub-contractors to build high rise buildings and then use tax increment to steal, plunder, victimize thousands of innocent people. Lennar is famous for building homes of toxic dumps and using inferior material in its buildings. Just google Lennar and inferior buildings and find out for yourself.
Then google Lennar and Corruption and have a hey day.
In this case Lennar has over 980 acres at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Let them build those homes they are promising but nothing is coming of it - in the middle of Chernobyl. Lennar is losing money but they will borrow money to pay off the legislators, brag about doling out grants to sell outs in the community some $275,000 and so on. Money is not everything, character is and we know that Lennar is none of it and jumping in that filthy cesspool Mark Leno and folks like Sophina Maxwell and Gavin Newsom. Supporting them one Michael Cohen and before him that evil person of the same ilk - Marcia Rosen. Not to forget Jesse Blout.
Lennar must be cognizant of the fact as if lighting has struck it and etched on it " Get out of San Francisco". Stop Lennar Action Movement shortly will reveal a statement in broad daylight - that we the people that have been cheated by Representatives like Mark Leno, Sophie Maxwell, Gavin Newsom, those San Francisco Supervisors always pandering to the Gavin Newsom - that we the people do not want anything to do with them - and therefore they must cease their filthy actions and go elsewhere and forever hold their peace. Candlestick Recreation Park, is the only State Park in San Francisco and is widely used by Bayview Hunters Point residents, residents from Daly City , Brisbane, Burlingame and from a very wide area. Surfers enjoy themselves and there are many that fish in the area. Thousands use it for running and other recreational sports. It has bathrooms and facilities to take a shower.
Hundreds of elderly use it for walks - especially those that walk in group as part of some rehabilitation. And here come Mark Leno who knows nothing much and adversely impacts innocent people. The man is a slime ball and very evil - all in the name of GREED.
Candlestick Recreation Area brings in over $950,000 every year and as much $1.2 million when other events take place and fees are collected. The problem is that most of the money goes into a General Fund and not all the money used to develop Candlestick Recreation Area - that in a way does not benefit Candlestick Recreation Area to the fullest extend possible. There is a General Plan that is good but it has not been executed by the State Government.
State Park Rangers do a good job. For a minimal fee you can rent a BBQ space - the Jack Rabbit site is one of the best and there are others. The Bay Water refresh you and so do the birds, the trees, and the wind. Why wound a jack ass like Mark Leno deprive us of all this? Why? Let Lennar stick to the 980 acres it has on Hunters Point and wallow in the toxicity of that part that it has opted for and that this RACIST has agreed to give it. A Superfund Site:

the article says Leno is funded by Lennar but makes no mention of any campaign contributions or what the amounts might be. in the context of other homophobic rants by this author, it calls into question the validity of the critique of Leno if there's no evidence presented about how much and when he was supposedly funded by Lennar. if that's the main point of the story, it would be good to have the numbers. thanks
