With Russia and the U.S. having 95% of the world’s nuclear weapons, Russian cooperation is essential to fulfilling Obama’s goal of a world free of nuclear weapons. With renewal of the START treaty with Russia up for Senate ratification later this year, this talk is timely.

Our speaker, Dr. Pavel Podvig from Stanford University, is an authority on Russian attitudes on the topic. Come and become informed!
