Judge John F Moulds will be hearing the case.

There will be a hearing in Sacramento on Thursday, September 10 regarding Boston Woodard's case. Boston will not be at the hearing, but he will be connected by way of a video conference from Susanville. The purpose of the hearing is to have him returned to Solano State Prison and to stop the retaliation against him. Boston would prefer to be at Solano, which is closer to the Bay Area, where his friends can visit him.
