> You’re included on this e-mail because you attended our forum this past Sunday and showed interest in fighting the Peripheral Canal. We need to influence California State’s policy regarding the Peripheral Canal. All concerned citizens are invited – pass this on to your friends, neighbors, family —indeed, anyone you know who should be interested in this issue.

> We have less than two weeks to inform our regional neighbors to join our fight in significant numbers, so that we can create enough clamor that those “in power” will be forced to listen to us. This will take a co-ordinated endeavor to execute separate actions to make it happen.
