Incarceration a TRILLION dollar business - a present day slave plantation expanding.

Recently some judges decided to force the State of California to release some 40,000 prisoners, most of them held in prisons these prisoners are old, infirm, and those that could be accommodated outside the wall, because their crimes are not high profile.

The prisons are full in California and the Prison System, the Correctional Officers, other Law Enforcement, and even the Judicial System feeds off sending people to jail. It is a trillion dollar business. In some cases private firms have made millions of dollars providing services to jails. Rent a Cops have also made money providing services such as attack dogs and other devious ploys to help the Correctional Officers and their powerful UNIONS.

There are various industries set up in the prisons that make millions for those in the know, mostly corrupt politicians and industrialists.

It is Election Time and some of us must bear in mind not to vote in - corrupt, inept, arrogant candidates that want to aspire to some higher office - two come to mind the laughing hyena Karmala Harris and Dennis Herrera. Both these jerks are from San Francisco but there are others all over California.

Dennis Herrera did not consult anyone in San Francisco when he worked with the Mayor Gavin Newsom and the Rogue Developers to enforce Gang Injunctions and ruin thousands of lives and with them families. In the years to come Dennis Herrera will repent but is will be too late.

San Francisco is not Los Angeles where thousands are murdered every year. In Los Angeles, Gang Injunctions were used. The result Los Angeles gangs are found all over the Nation and in most States they rule. San Francisco chose to use a program that has failed but in our case it will come to haunt Dennis Herrera and the stupid Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Kamala Harris a former girl friend of Willie L. Brown Jr. worked hard on the Barrack Hussein Obama campaign trying to use her fake charm to seek higher office. It did not work. She now wants to seek office as Attorney General in California having messed things here in San Francisco. An implant from the Alameda County and brought here to ruin things in San Francisco by former Mayor Willie L. Brown and endorsed by the weak, shallow, undemocratic -, Democratic Central Committee.

The Independents must exercise their vote and stop such vermin that lack any decency and are arrogant to seek any office even that of a dog catcher. As I said two prime pathetic losers are Dennis Herrera and Kamala Harris. In their own fake world these two jerks think they have done the world some good when the opposite is the truth.

In all the years these two have messed things in San Francisco hundreds of prisoners released stay mostly in the Mission and the Tenderloin areas in deplorable conditions. Both these jerks make over $200,000 more with perks and benefits and do not really give a damn about justice and rehabilitation. Backed by the stupid Mayor Gavin Newsom in San Francisco we have a recipe ready to explode.

The hundreds of perverts that prey on children should not be living within a certain distance from schools and families. Yet, if one reviews the data and the maps provided, that is the case. To top this nonsense just two SF Police Officers are assigned to child molesters and such perverts. Hundreds of molestations and such crimes go unreported in San Francisco.

The SF District Attorney has failed to bring to justice a Rogue Developer, Lennar that has bombarded our children and elders with toxic dirt most of it radiological in nature. We have gone to this arrogant SF District Attorney, provided the documents but she will listen to Willie L. Brown Jr. her mentor and the Pacific Heights Mafia and side with the corrupt developer - Lennar.

So why does Kamala Harris dream of aspiring to a position now held by State Attorney Jerry Brown when she cannot handle minor issues that she could have and could have in San Francisco?. Why should decent folks vote for a scum bag like her that panders to very corrupt politicians? This so called laughing hyena should be given the same treatment she has meted out to thousands in San Francisco. Vote her out and let her go to the hunting grounds from whence she came.

Dennis Herrera is trying to reach out to folks to endorse him for higher office. Well, those of you that now know about this slithering snake better think thrice before you vote for him. This man is not for the people at large but for issues that will bring him personal popularity and fiscal gain.

He negated 33,000 signatures and stop us having a ballot to check the dubious ploys linked to San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. He initiated Gang Injunctions and ruined the lives of thousands. He works with former corrupt Supervisor Aaron Peskin using machinations to take on the Mirant owners. Tried to do that with Pacific Gas and Electric and lost many times - the City and County of San Francisco had to dole out millions. The man is for the corrupt and those politicians that use their power to hurt innocent people that cannot defend themselves. Time will tell.

Incarceration is a trillion dollar business that fosters a modern day SLAVE PLANTATION. One has just to visit the major jails to learn this fact. Woe to anyone that is sent to jail especially those that are forced to plead guilty and then sentenced for long terms.

Prisons do not ever rehabilitate any human being but make them monsters. Cities do not give opportunities and use Law Enforcement to trap innocent folks and those that commit petty crimes, often heaping petty crimes, to reign in the Three Strikes Law that should be repealed without any hesitation.

The three judges ruled to release some 40,000 prisoners. Now, the State Legislators who are heavily ENDORSED by the Correctional Officers and other Police Associations - have trimmed the number to 17,000 to give the very corrupt Correctional Officers a lease to work and receive high paying salaries at the cost of the suffering, poorly housed, cramped facilities, inhumane conditions - a shame that the humane and decent world cannot comprehend.

American incarcerates more inmates then any other Nation on this Earth about ten percent of its population. Correctional Officers with their high paying jobs have a good time and take pot shots at prisoners that are unarmed. Face to face with the manly prisoners these cowardly Correctional Officers flee for their lives. Armed with a gun and other dangerous tools they think no end of themselves. Brag they can do this and that on their web site.

Women are now being incarcerated at a higher rate all over California. Women today suffer more then men and often are abused. No one ever thinks of the thousands of children that have no mother to nurture the children. No one in authority in paying attention to this calamity. The prison system has also been used to send some prisoners to war - in Iraq and Afghanistan - that too is part of the Trillion dollar incarceration system with fake releases to serve some very corrupt policy makers.

In the interim many families especially mothers and fathers are left hurting and slowly dying with sorrow while their loved ones are tortured and suffer in our so called humane jails. Even dogs and cats have better facilities then most of the California jails that are over packed and stink to high heaven or should I say hell.

Then you have those zealots that just want those in jails to die. Never thinking for a moment about our failed Justice System. The Law Enforcement jerks will come to the rescue of any Law Enforcement Officer even those that kill to shoot without any reason. The recent case of Oscar Grant comes to mind. When a Law Enforcement Officer commits a crime he too should be adjudicated and when the judge says that he murdered some one - that adjudication should stand.

The State of California legislators are petrified when they face the corrupt Correctional Officers Union and the Law Enforcement Associations. The Legislators want their money, the BLOOD money from the Correctional Officers and Law Enforcement jerks, and the corrupt politicians will look the other way while these slimy, corrupt so called Correction Officers and Law Enforcement Officers prey on innocent human beings - both women and men.

The Justice system is dead and the innocent in the thousands that suffer most cannot afford the high high powered attorneys. The people again and again fail to VOTE and shew in corrupt politicians the likes of Kamala Harris and Dennis Herrera that foster INJUSTICE.
