Dugard Rape-Kidnap Case Highlights Anti-Women Government

The world is riveted in horror at the blatant negligence at best, more likely an INSIDE JOB, that is the 18-year rape of now 29 year old Jaycee Lee Dugard, by a paroled rapist, well-known to the federal, state and local governments for his heinous crimes as he had been convicted of rape & kidnap and sentenced to 50 years to life and then paroled after only 11 years so he can do exactly the same thing in the same area 3 years later, and the FBI openly states they did not even consider him a suspect. THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB.

The majority of the world is female and we will not let the US, State of California or Contra Costa County governments forget the heinous crime that was perpetrated, including forcing the raped child to face death, the definition of pregnancy, to bear 2 children by the rapist, one at age 14 and one at age 18.

Here is the FBI's open statement that this paroled, registered sex offender was NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED A SUSPECT. All they had to do was look on the sex offender list to find him, and he had committed exactly the same crime in the same area in 1977, paroled in 1988, kidnapped and raped Jacyee Lee Dugard in 1991 when she was 11 and continued raping her for 18 years ALL WHILE PAROLE OFFICERS VISITED THE RAPIST GARRIDO'S HOME TWICE A MONTH.

2. This man was ON PAROLE and A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER and the police claim they did not have a search warrant to search his backyard where the woman and girls were housed. THIS IS A LIE. IF THEY THOUGHT THEY NEEDED A WARRANT FOR A PERSON ON PAROLE, THEY COULD EASILY HAVE GOTTEN IT. THE POLICE ARE COMPLICIT IN THIS HORRIFYING KIDNAP-RAPE CASE AND SHOULD BE SUED. THIS OUTRAGE WAS PERPETRATED FOR 18 YEARS! No search warrant is needed to search the property of a registered sex offender.

WHERE WERE THE POLICE? They never searched his backyard while he was in prison? They never searched his backyard just before he came out of prison? They never searched his backyard while he was on parole, which is for PRACTICALLY ALL HIS ADULT LIFE. Here is what the Contra Costa County Sheriffs said:
"Pratt said she had called Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies to investigate, but that officers "told me they couldn't go inside because they didn't have a warrant. So they just told him they'd keep an eye on him.""

THE POLICE KNEW ALL ABOUT THE BACKYARD COMPOUND AND DELIBERATELY, WITH MALICE AFORETHOUGHT, DID NOTHING.

AND NO TRUANT OFFICER LOOKED INTO THE FACT THAT THE 2 CHILDREN WERE NOT IN SCHOOL ALTHOUGH THEY WERE OFTEN SEEN IN PUBLIC.

The US government, the State of California and Contra Costa COunty should be sued for MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for the kidnap, rape and torture of the victim, and the refusal to provide education to the 2 children, as well as never rehabilitating the rapist.

The Sheriff is admitting millions of tax dollars in liability as the rape victim and her 2 daughters, now living with the rape victim's parents, need therapy, education and job training. The Sheriff should either resign or be fired immediately.

The rapist essentially got tired of it all and turned himself in by bringing his rape victim to his probation officer.

In addition, the rapist wore a GPS-linked ankle bracelet, monitoring all his movements. Did the monitor fall asleep at the wheel or was he paid off? Here is the story:

The deputy, who did not know Garrido was a registered sex offender even though the sheriff's department had the information, warned Garrido that the tents could be a code violation before leaving."

The last unannounced visit by a team of local police agencies was conducted in July 2008. Paramedics also were summoned to the house five times since 1999, presumably to help Garrido's 88-year-old mother, who had dementia."

Garrido was required to register as a sex offender because he was convicted in 1977 of kidnapping a 25-year-old woman from parking lot in South Lake Tahoe, the same town Jaycee Dugard lived in when she was snatched from a school bus stop.

"He was convicted of raping the woman multiple times at a Reno storage unit that the investigator from the case described as a "sex palace." It featured various sex aids, sex magazines and videos, stage lights, wine, and a bed, said investigator Dan DeMaranville. "

TWICE A MONTH VISITS BY A PAROLE OFFICER AND NO ACTION:
"But despite that monitoring - including twice monthly visits recently by a state parole officer - Garrido's lair escaped discovery. " AGAIN, NO WARRANT NEEDED TO SEARCH PROPETY OF PAROLED SEX OFFENDER.

LIABILITY OF STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR WHICH THEY CAN BE SUED FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS (THESE LAWSUITS ARE COMMON AND SUCCESSFUL):
"State and federal agencies had the job of watching over him during those years, and local law enforcement had the responsibility to investigate any suspicion of criminal activity."

"The state parole agency took over monitoring Garrido in 1999, Hinkle said. For the previous 11 years, since being released from prison on a forcible rape and kidnapping conviction, Garrido was overseen by federal parole officials."

CODE VIOLATION LIE:
"An unidentified deputy sent out to the house on Walnut Avenue stayed for half an hour, deemed the situation to be a potential code violation and concluded that "there was not any criminal misbehavior," Rupf said." (NO ONE CAN BE THAT STUPID OR LAZY WHEN DEALING WITH A PAROLED SEX OFFENDER.)

"Even a surprise visit to Garrido's home in July 2008 by a multiagency task force, checking up on local sex offenders, turned up no sign of children, Rupf and Antioch police said." THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO SEARCH HIS ENTIRE PROPERTY. THIS IS NOT STUPIDITY; THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB.

"Ralph Hernandez, a former police officer, said he visited Garrido's home last year and met his wife and a young girl. Although he saw nothing suspicious himself, parole officials should have done more than just look around the inside of the home, he said. " THIS COP MET 2 OBVIOUSLY MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE WITH A YOUNG GIRL. ONE MENTALLY ILL PERSON WAS A PAROLED SEX OFFENDER WHO HAD NO BUSINESS BEING AROUND ANY CHILDREN OR YOUNG WOMEN OR ANY OTHER WOMEN IN HIS HOUSE BESIDES HIS WIFE.

And the New York Daily News story asks the question, why was this rapist paroled after 11 years when he was sentenced to 50 years to life AND HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL? See:

THIS IS THE ENTIRE POLICE STATE IN THE USA MAKING WAR ON ALL WOMEN. This is not just another sleazy crime story. The heinous crime is too great to be ignored or be considered negligence, but rather it is most likely an inside job. Rapist Garrido must have friends in high places to get paroled after serving 11 years of a 50 to life sentence for rape. The same friends obviously steered the FBI away from looking at the most obvious first place: the list of sex offenders. And the same friends instructed the federal and state parole officers to do absolutely nothing. WE NEED ALL LIGHTS POSSIBLE ON THIS CASE BECAUSE THE LIVES OF THE MAJORITY OF US, NAMELY WOMEN, ARE IN SERIOUS DANGER IN THIS COUNTRY. The political antenna of all of us who support women's liberation and despise the bankrupt social order that exists in the US must be turned toward this story. What we are witnessing is unforgivable and unforgettable and will not go away by ignoring it.
