In the Bayview Hunters Point this despicable Mayor has now chosen to give Lennar a Rogue Developer that is funding his campaign with millions - to hand over to Lennar over 40 acres of State Land also known as the Candlestick Recreation Area.
Gavin Newsom is using Senator Mark Leno and his Senate Bill 792 to push for this sordid agenda.
Not one single meaningful meeting has been held in the Bayview Hunters Point. Lennar already has been promised by Gavin Newsom and the Pacific Heights Mafia over 900 acres at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Why infringe on this Open Space this State Land that belongs to all Californians?
San Franciscans are NOT asleep with a resounding vote they will eliminate this good for nothing DIPSTICK to the cesspool where he belongs.
As a last ditch effort - this good for nothing skunk has been using SF Government TV to push for his fake policy and watching him spew LIES on the Television is getting to be BORING.
Recently Gavin announced that the Stimulus Package has allowed him to use $25 million of tax payers money. The cap on any salary is $75,000. Already crooks mostly Community Based Organizations that pander to Gavin Newsom have been given access to these funds.
We have thousands of unemployed mostly Middle Class folks that could use this money. They have the skills and will not have to deal with the One Stop Fake Centers. But, I know this money will be given to the wrong folks to waste - tax payers money.
Folks that helped Gavin Newsom with Proposition G that is going no where are bragging that they will get what they want from the corrupt administration of Gavin Newsom. Under Gavin Newsom crime has gone up. MUNI is operating at its worst. Thousands have be moved away from San Francisco using fake GANG INJUNCTIONS and other evil ploys and machinations.
Over 25 thousand decent families and children have left San Francisco during the term Gavin Newsom has been in office.
Developers in this very dire economy were promised help but the present economy has stalled plans for any massive construction. This will be the case for another four years or so. In San Francisco thousands of units are empty. Hundreds of homes are in fore closures. Yet, Gavin Newsom is pushing for 30,000 units in the Bayview Hunters Point, Visitation Valley, and Sunnydale area.
Lennar is know for building inferior homes. Used polluted sheet-rock made in China in Florida. Lennar loves to build homes on toxic land. Thousands of innocent home buyers have sued Lennar and it is know all over our Nation as the most despicable - developer.
There has been no sound Economic Analysis linked to the present dire Economic Conditions in San Francisco. No Transportation Document worth its salt. No, Environmental Impact Report that is detailed and fair. There is only so much one can LIE about. Every project that embraces to accommodate thousands must have an Economic Analysis that is the law. For sure an EIR and other important reviews. Most of Gavin Newsom project through the SF Redevelopment Agency and Communities of Opportunity - are fast tracked.
You heard that the Gavin and Mark Leno has about to pass legislation to Land Grab - 40 acres of State Land. No consideration what so ever has been given to the Public Trust Land Act. No consideration to the Burton Act. Folks like Arc Ecology and one Saul Bloom aka David Saleman and a peon from the Sierra Club have been work with Gavin, Michael Cohen from the Mayor's Office of Economic Development, behind close doors to hand over Lennar a Rogue Developer the only Open Space and State Land that thousands have access to - on any given day known as Candlestick Recreation Area.

Never mind the Bay Area Air Quality Management District fined Lennar $515,000 the largest fine for bombarding our children, elders, and other decent, hard working constituents with toxic dirt, mercury, lead, asbestos dust, and other radiological contaminants from Parcel A.
