As of September 9, there is still no ruling from the court on the motion to dismiss. It is possible the judge will make a ruling at this appearance on the 14th, though it is not certain. You are welcome to come show support if you're in the area.
The scheduled September 14 AETA4 court appearance has been delayed. We'll let you know when we have a new date, which is tentatively expected to be in October.
