Public Trust Land Act, the Burton Act, and the SALE of Candlestick Recreation Area in SF.

So, let us try this the second time around because so many of you sent me e-mails on this topic.
Well, the Main Press has NOT addressed the issue of Public Trust Land Act, the Burton Act, the many rules and regulations that the Bay Conservation and Development Commission can bring to bear on this issue of destroying, selling, developing precious State Land that belongs to all of Californians.

The Candlestick Recreation area is being used by thousands for recreation and other purposes. This Candlestick Recreation Area brings in over $1.2 million dollars. People use the State Park the only one in San Francisco to run, to surf, to fish, communities gathers, BBQs, you name it.

When the 49ers play thousands of folks have tail-gate parties and at other events this area is used for whatever the legal vendors use them for. This site has been leased for over $950,000 for the main events. The money over and above that source comes from other fees.

State Park Rangers patrol this area. There are bathroom and other facilities. Fancy names like Jack Rabbit Campground with real Jack Rabbits that one can see from time to time.

The Public Trust Land Act is alive and can be used to bring the folks favoring Senate Bill 792 to court and even to bear upon the court to sentence these folks for adversely impacting thousands with INTENT to cause harm.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a Branch that deals with Environmental Issues and in this case the Federal Bureau of Investigation must be brought in.

More because the City and County of San Francisco, Mayor Gavin Newsom, the Pacific Heights Mafia, Michael Cohen, Sophina Maxwell, Aurelous Walker, Lola Whittle, Linda Richardson, Angelo King, Gary Banks - and the many other sell out mostly Black are out to divide and sell out the community.

There is another Regulatory Organization before which the author of Senate Bill 792 and the folks that I have mentioned above have to appear before. That Regulatory State Agency is the Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC).

We the people in the thousands must learn to appear before the Bay Conservation and Development Commission and expose the crooks that are trying to Land Grab and hoodwink the Public is board daylight:

There is the one possibility if some can come forward and we have thousands to back this person or entity take this matter to court. It is pertinent because if these corrupt folks manage to get away with this - many other precious State Park will be sold. A can of worms will be opened.

In many communities the State Park are the only Open Recreational Space - decent folks can use to recreate. Children and youth use the Park mostly and Parents love them all over California. The most famous being the Hearst Castle but there are gems - as in the Candlestick Recreation Area in San Francisco.

Can you imagine that Lennar the Rogue Developer in spite of having over 900 acres at the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to develop - now want more and this precious Candlestick Recreation Park in San Francisco. This Racist City and the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency has made an agreement to give away this land. Let Lennar stay with Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Hopefully they will learn their lesson because the land is very toxic. Most of it Radiological in nature.

It is simply wrong to permit Lennar to rob decent folks that use Candlestick Recreational Area of State Land that belong to all Californians. We, the people have NOT been informed and as was witnessed at the California State Appropriation Committee before Chair Kevin De Leon - lies were spewed by Senator Mark Leno and Sophina Maxwell.

The Chair then cautioned Senator Mark Leno to take this matter back to the community and resolve the matter at hand. Many community members that to leave early in the morning to be present at the Sacramento meeting that was scheduled for 9 am. More, to prevent many folks interest in this vital meeting from attending. The Chair, Kevin De Leon saw through this and appreciated the efforts of the community.

Supervisor Chris Daly, John Avalos, Eric Mar, Ross Mirkarimi, and David Campos signed a letter opposing the sale of Candlestick Recreation Area.

David Chiu, Carmen Chu, Sean Elsbernd, Michela Alioto-Pier, Sophina Maxwell, and Bevan Dufty are in favor of Lennar, the Rogue Developer and the SALE of Candlestick Recreation Area. Make sure you contact these jerks and tell them the truth.

It is not too late to kill this sordid concept lead by some that will sell their mothers for a dime. The present economy has revealed to the Public at Large a certain kind of creature that loves money more then decency, morals, and ethics. A creature that loves GREED more then anything else. We saw this with the arrest of Barnie Madoff and we have many Barnie Madoffs at City Hall and all over the place - that have positioned themselves to harm the community.

Two jerks that say they represent the community Saul Bloom aka David Saleman and Art Feinstein. No one gave these jerks permission to represent the community. For sure NOT Candlestick Recreation Area.

The land that we see in San Francisco belongs to the First People - they are the Muwekma Ohlone. When the truth is told - certain folks that have no understanding about the harm done to our children, our elders, the community at large - erase articles that call a spade a spade. Well, IndyMedia better address the issues linked to Lennar. I have written hundreds of articles that are respected all over the world.

It is simply wrong to sell Candlestick Recreation Area. Let Lennar swim in the toxicity of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and drown. We, the community want Lennar out of our community.
