Most of those arrested during the January 7th Oscar Grant Rebellion have had their charges dropped due to a lack of evidence.
Three people were charged with felonies. One of them, David Santos, has already had his charges dropped. Yet bogus felony charges remain for JR, of the Block Radio Report, and Andrew Louis, both of whom face upcoming court dates.
