WINGS OF SONG – A SPIRITUAL FLIGHT
WORLD-RENOWN GLIDE ENSEMBLE IN CONCERT
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

“Wings Of Song – A Spiritual Flight” will feature the 120-member Glide Ensemble and The Change Band led by John F. Turk and Ron Sutherland.

Clapping, swaying, and blasting out the spirit of empowerment, the Ensemble accompanied by The Change Band embodies Glide's infectious message of diversity, acceptance, and unconditional love. Whether they are singing gospel, spirituals, jazz or blues, the Ensemble resonates with the jubilant sounds of transformation. The beloved Glide Ensemble was featured in the movie The Pursuit of Happyness, TV’s “Late Night with Conan O'Brien” and has performed for countless dignitaries and civic ceremonies in the Bay Area and nation.

The concert is a fundraiser for the Ensemble and tickets range in price from $15 to $75; sponsorships are also available from $500 to $1,000 (for 10 tickets). To purchase tickets, please visit http://www.Glide.org. Tickets are also now available Sundays at Glide (330 Ellis in San Francisco). Please visit the volunteer table in Freedom Hall, after the 9:00 and 11:00am Sunday Celebrations.
For additional information about the concert, please call (415) 674-6000.
