The Peace Coalition of Monterey County is honored to present Dr. Patricia Lewis speaking on the topic of the future of nuclear disarmament. Dr. Lewis is a professor from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and deputy director of the Center of Nonproliferation Studies. Dr. Lewis served for ten years as the Director for the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNDIR) in Geneva, Switzerland and has been honored by the American Physical Society with the 2009 Joseph A. Burton Forum Award for her contributions to arms control.
