Why NOT change clothes, inside a toilet stall?

by SUN
Would bureaucrats prefer that
homeless persons change their clothing
outdoors?
....................
Open letter to Mayor Gavin Newsom:

On a Tuesday afternoon, a homeless man is inside a stall
in the main men's restroom
at the main San Francisco Public Library;
quietly minding his own business.

Some library bureaucrat is loudly telling him,
"You can't change clothes in there!"

Really?
Why not?

Don't "homefull" (non-homeless) men
ever change clothes in toilet stalls
at airports, train stations, bus stations?

Would bureaucrats prefer that homeless citizens
change their clothes on the sidewalks?
[ Telephone booths have almost disappeared. ]

Please ask library staff
to tone down their class warfare.

For freedom until death,
