Like chocolate? This Thursday, Aaron Foster of Taza Chocolate will educate us on the Mesoamerican tradition of chocolate making and how it has been combined with modern production methods in a socially conscious way.
Guests will sample a selection of Taza's bars, cocoa nibs, beans, and discs and wash them down with farm fresh milk from Straus Family Creamery. Aaron will then gather the group to discuss Taza's traditional methods of stone grinding.
This event is a great opportunity to learn about the bean-to-bar movement and appreciate the flavors of artisanal chocolate's cutting edge.
