Court Support for Bryn Anderson and Paul Shaw - Thursday August 6, 2009 in Pomona

by Supporters of Bryn and Paul
Bryn and Paul were placed on probation after a trial court refused to consider any evidence that that their grow was a medical cannabis garden. The case which resulted in probation being imposed is now being readied for the California Supreme Court. Bryn and Paul were swept up in a dawn raid and are now in jail awaiting a probation violation hearing.

The same judge who refused to consider evidence that their garden was medical, will now be making the decision about whether to revoke their probation and send them to state prison.
