Five fine speakers in 60 minutes, describing ways of enlarging the Commons. The commons is the earth and culture we hold in community trust. SF Assessor Phil Ting speaks on commercial real estate reforms to Prop 13, Senator Leland Yee speaks about school property generating land rent, SF Bay View Editor speaks on Hunters Point land use, Australian econmist Karl Fitzgerald connects all of these, plus community land trusts.
