cannabis and tax irony

so according to news,parks are being used for increased cannabis growing because of less patrols due to budget constraints.how ironic! taxing cannabis and having it available in smoke shops would build revenue,so the very budget crisis is causing more cannabis to be grown which if made available would sove much of the ''budget''.people would be willing to pay even as much as 100 dollars ''tax'' if you could get an ounce of simple non seedless cannabis for lets say 60 dollars and ounce. 160 dollars ounce compared to the 400 dollars it is now! thats still a bargain.seems cannabis is ''winning'' anyway,cannabis is the earths healer...
