Where are the proponents of Prop G today and what really is happening to Candlestick Point

People forget and history repeats itself. In the year 2000 there was Proposition P and over 87% of the constituents of San Francisco voted in favor of clean up Hunters Point Naval Shipyard to Residential standards.

Then around 2002 Senator Diane Feinstein, then Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, sell outs Linda Richardson, Sophie Maxwell, Willie L. Brown Jr. and a few other mostly Black sell outs went to Washington DC and persuaded the Undersecretary of the Navy to transfer Parcel A to the City and County of San Francisco. The City then transferred the parcel to the SF Redevelopment Agency. The SF Redevelopment Agency transferred Parcel A to Lennar - a Rogue Developer.

Parcel B, C, D, E, F, and a new created one G - the remaining parcels - still come under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy. Few people know about this fact. The Navy is mandated to clean up the parcel but the U.S. Navy wants to cap the land and give it to the City and County of San Francisco.

It must be remembered that Lennar was given Parcel A and Lennar bombarded the community with toxic dust, radiological elements, and Asbestos Structures. In the year 2008 Lennar was fined $515,000 and I want Aurelious Walker, Angelo King, Lola Whittle, Linda Richardson, Willie B. Kennedy, Sophie Maxwell, Calvin Jones, Amos Brown, and a host of others - all Black sell outs to be full aware of this fact.

The above support Lennar and in doing so have BLOOD on their hands.

Lennar has defaulted on its Disposition and Development Agreement - a legal document tied to Parcel A. Lennar has changed its name and what was once a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is not a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The Main Press and the gossip columnists Matier and Ross will not write about this. Mayor Gavin Newsom who aspires to be the next Governor of California will not talk about this real fact.

Prop G was endorsed by Mayor Gavin Newsom and that was a conflict of interest. Today Mayor Gavin Newsom knows he is losing on Parcel A and that Lennar will take DOWN the City and County of San Francisco over the precipice and drown it in the cesspool of its own making.

Lennar declared bankruptcy on Mare Island bringing down Vallejo. Promised to build 10,000 homes at Mare Island and not fulfilling the promise after 10 years. One would think San Francisco would pay attention to this fact - but the opposite is the fact.

Again the Proponents of Proposition F still remain James Queen and Francisco Da Costa. The SF Department of Elections will tell you that. We two and the community still favor working in favor of the community and have a sound track record.

Technically, the faulty Prop G gives Lennar an opportunity to build 10,500 homes. Lennar has NO intention of building any homes on clean land. Lennar, has a history of building homes on toxic land and has done this all over the United States.

There are thousands of law suits again Lennar and Mayor Gavin Newom - dumb and stupid as he is - is not paying attention to this fact.

Mayor Gavin Newsom , Senator Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, the mostly Black cronies I have mention above foremost Linda Richardson and Aurelious Walker paid by Lennar - do not have any respect for the community and favor building homes on very toxic land. These corrupt people will have to appear before the people and they have to be accountable. No one can run from the facts and no one can run from justice.

Now, here comes California Senator Mark Leno in the year 2009 who has never served the constituent of the Bayview Hunters Point well. Most people do not even know this skunk and very few have seen his dirty mug in the District. Senator Mark Leno has introduced Senate Bill 792 and wants to transfer the Candlestick State Park some 40 acres or so to Lennar.

Now remember Lennar already had over 780 acres as I have described above and now wants the 40 acres plus - minus I suppose the mule that all Blacks should remember was promised but never even to them.

Senator Mark Leno is a sell out but what is more a scum bag of the highest order. For sure he has received money from Lennar and so has Linda Richardson, Angelo King, Lola Whittle, Aurelious Walker, Amos Brown, Gary Banks, Willie B. Kennedy, Toye Moses the Director of the Southeast Facility and a host of mostly Black sell outs.

Lennar wants to build 40 to 60 story buildings at the Candlestick Park area. Never mind that is a former landfill, prone to liquefaction and flooding. The GREED that spews from this corrupt corporation is beyond anyone's imagination. Lennar is a Rogue Developer that cannot be trusted and the sooner it leaves San Francisco the better.

Willie L. Brown Jr. handpicked Kofi Bonner to be the President of Lennar in San Francisco - a weasel who will fail. This man originally from Ghana which a better product then those like Linda Richardson who hail from Nigeria as does Toye Moses - all sell outs and have no clue about the Bayview Hunters Point community at large and people of color.

Of course Willie L. Brown Jr. was the first to bring Lennar to Sacramento. Willie was instrumental in getting CALPERS the California Pension System to invest over $1 Billion with LandSource and Lennar and Lennar wasted that money. Willie L. Brown Jr. is the kingpin of corruption and master mind on how to fill campaign coffers. Willie L. Brown a Black person sold out the Black community linked to the Bayview Hunters Point but what is more the entire San Francisco and the Bay Area.

Our fight since 1998 when Lennar was first incorporated was a long but good fight on behalf of the community. In the year 2004 we were joined by Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) that did the MOVEMENT much good and brought about a unified force to face the enemy.

We had the Zionists cornered that tried to tarnish my name as the Proponent of Prop F of which I Francisco Da Costa - still am. I do not fear the Zionists. I do have many good Jewish friends that are NOT - Zionists. Just in case the jerks know that I know who these vermin are.

In the interim we have had Leahman Brothers, AIG, Goldman Sachs, and a host of other Financial Institutions mostly lead by folks that have vowed to support the Zionists ruin our Nation and the world economy. That includes the Rabbis who was recently involved in selling human organs to support the Zionist cause. In San Francisco we have the Pacific Heights Mafia and they are no different - they will use money and buy mostly Blacks - left, right, and center to foster GREED as they have in the Bayview Hunters Point and Visitation Valley.

This Zionists are out to control land. They remember for thousands of years they were kept in the Ghetto and not permitted to buy land. But, here in America they use Land and buildings to make money - any which way they can - to support the Zionist cause and bring harm to our Nation - the United States of America and to innocent people in the Middleeast - mostly Palestinians.

Backing this evil force Mayor Gavin Newom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Lennar fills their campaign coffers with conceptual plans for Treasure Island and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and now Candlestick Point.

NO GOOD WILL EVER COME AT HUNTERS POINT NAVAL SHIPYARD.

Again where are the proponents of Proposition G? Where are the crooks? And what is this about Mark Leno and California Senate Bill 792?
