At Dore, cops ban hard penises

To friends of freedom:


At Dore 2009,
the San Francisco police department will ban
exposure
of ERECT penises.


Will they tolerate limp penises,
on naked persons demonstrating
for freedom and for world peace?
Or not?



Mayor Gavin Newsom, please note:
(1) There is NO law which prohibits mere nudity
(nudity which isn't "lewd") on SF city streets.
(2) Nude political demonstrators are exercising
symbolic speech,
protected by the U.S. Constitution
and by the California state constitution.
