The San Francisco BUDGET process has huge loopholes and some still pandering to the Mayor.
Nothing good can come from Carmen Chu and Bevan Dufty sitting on the Budget Committee and mostly pandering. They pander to the Mayor's wishes and you could see that with the agenda item linked to the Human Services Agenda and the Stimulus Package. The so called Progressives have not got a grip on LIFE and must learn that you cannot afford to take chances with snakes and deadly venom that can kill. You have two snakes on the Budget Committee and so be extra cautious and take all necessary measures to keep the snakes at bay.
There is a huge problem when you get some transplant that does not know the history of the San Francisco Airport even though she was pandering to the Mayor for years helping him with the Budget and god knows what. Then when Ed Jew was caught in some political mess Carmen Chu was annointed by the Mayor to fill his Ed Jew seat for District 4 and sell her SOUL to the devious, evil, Mayor Gavin Newsom.
This transplant will take years first to be accepted and secondly to shed that skin of a venomous snake that moves ever so slowly waiting for the ripe time to deliver that deadly blow of death. Carmen Chu does not serve the whole of San Francisco and her constituents, at least the ones that have some sense better take note of this snake while there is some chance to de -fang her.
The same with Bevan Dufty who learned all his tricks from the master guru of deceit Willie L. Brown Jr the worst Mayor Thug ever to set foot at City Hall. Bevan Dufty was Mayor Brown errand boy and conduct some very nefarious duties for the Mayor that are known to some of us. All the diatribe this Queen spews may pacify his significant other but does not deter some of us - to monitor this scum bag as closely and minutely as possible.
Bevan Dufty has no connection with the Southeast Sector accept those sell outs that work with Lennar of our course Sophie Maxwell who has seen shaking that BIG BOOTY by us on the Castro Float that most of us in the Southeast Sector that respect decency would not touch with a hundred foot pole.
Here you have a BIG COW shaking her booty with no taste at all. At the side this White Man with a baby at his side making a fool of himself. While people are saying: " Why is that guy putting that little girl in harms way". Ask the fool why he brought her to City Hall at the swearing of the Supervisors and made a total fool of himself?
I say this to show you that some of our Supervisors have lost it. Some years ago they were paid some $38,000 and then suddenly had themselves given a raise to over $116,000 plus benefits. It is the benefits that count to some of these scum bags not serving the people or really representing San Franciscans.
Bevan Dufty should not for a moment thinks he is Harry Britt or Harvey Milk - forget about it. You are a scum bag - be it that you try to be QUEER and a disgrace to anything decent. You really do not represent the many decent, intelligent Queer Population and if you think you do so - you must be dreaming. Some of us are watching the next move and we know at this time you are pandering to get under the skirt of Diane Feinstein and those of her ilk - being one yourself - corrupt and evil to the core.
So, you think for a price anyone will sell their soul. That is what you have been doing all this time. This year the Progressive had a chance to send the Budget back and send a strong message to the Mayor of San Francisco and the Executive Branch.
Within four months there will be come a time when the Mayor will make changes to the Budget and the present Budget Committee will NOT be able to do anything. The Mayor knows it and has no intention to respect any Budget sent to the Executive Branch to be kept intact. This Mayor does not give a damn for the constituents of San Francisco.
Those that know simple accounting the way this Budget is figured out does not follow sound mathematical models. There is a revolving over $300 million plus deficit that propped up with figures that are floating some where else - always betrays the final so called agreed upon Budget more unbalanced then balanced. Ask any qualified CPA or try Chris Daly and he may oblige?
If worse comes to worse the City cannot issue IOU and every Budget cycle demands that there be an understanding to have a Budget that both the Executive and Legislative Branch agrees on and balanced but this is NOT so. There is lies the LIE - the biggest one this time every year.
However, that this is the case that this Budget is a B A L A N C E D budget is again a misnomer and therein lies the paradox. Today, the lying Mayor is proud that he will be able to spur on and play his devious games and the expense of the tax payers and those that sweat, toil, and shed their blood. Never mind children are dying in San Francisco, never mind people go hungry, when mind we have no services. He has his four Public Relation goons and he on his Gubernatorial Campaign having the last laugh at us. Follow the Ass H*** on Twitter.

You really have to push the buttons to make some of these EVIL folks care for human beings. And you would think they would be the first ones to be sensitive to suffering and pain. But, they have not learned the lessons that have been recorded in history. Money corrupts and money and power to the head - can have drastic consequences.
As a Supervisor you must have experience and you have to be educated on issues. But, more then that you have to have real life experiences. These slithering snakes that come to the podium pretending to say one thing and then represent another are a disgrace to San Francisco, SF City Hall and San Franciscans. Most of them do not live in San Francisco, they make huge salaries over $200,000 plus benefits and what is more laugh at us who live here well laughing to the bank and creating all sorts of confusion in the running of our great City.

The Mayor will say he cannot help it and even though he did say he would cooperate he cannot and he will use the money for those mandated projects and FTEs he deems necessary. Ross Mir-karimi, David Campos, and John Avalos - what can I say you all had a chance to bring about change but did not. Learn not to go in circles. You must have the ability to adjudicate and discern. This ability does not come when you cloud your mind with petty stuff and do not have the guts to take a challenge and truly fight for the people?
If have a $6.6 Billion dollars budget and you saved some $30 million really and think that is great?
Hundreds of City Workers have been laid off. Others are working without benefits. What is this freaking City coming to - a City where people come to work and work like the days of the industrial revolution. You slog and go home - sleep, get up come to work - and do this for five days a weeks at reduced hours. NO health benefits, or other benefits - when have we AGREED to treat our constituents like dirt? This is a freaking UNION City.
