Where are the Proponents of the Proposition G the Lennar/Gavin Newsom Prop that went BUST?
So, where are all the supporters of Proposition G. The Proposition that Gavin Newsom supported as Mayor siding with Lennar a Rogue Developer. Now that the 49ers have made it VERY CLEAR they are not interested at all in San Francisco and more with Mayor Gavin Newsom. So where is Senator Diane Feinstein on this one? Where is Richard Blum on this one? Where is Willie L. Brown Jr. "the thug" on this one. Where are the other sell outs on this one?
Good for the 49ers and Dr. John York and his son Jedd York who are fed up with the antics of Mayor Gavin Newsom and the devious entities such as Senator Diane Feinstein, Richard Blum, Willie L. Brown Jr., the many most Black sell outs from the Bayview that backed Proposition G - that is now going no where.
The population at Alice Griffith has been decimated and recently when Michelle Obama visited a near by school no on wanted to take her to visit the near by Public Housing. We are sending the White House photographs and statistics of the Alice Griffith Housing Project and its link with Prop G, Lennar, Diane Feinstein, and Mayor Gavin Newsom.
It has been years now and nothing much is happening in are around Candlestick Point.
The latest gimmick was initiate by Senator Mark Leno. Mark Leno a loser, initiate a Senate Bill 792 that first wanted to swap Candlestick State Park for some toxic land at Hunters Point.
Now, Senator Mark Leno has amended his Bill to permit Lennar a Rogue Developer to buy Candlestick State Park. There has NOT been one single meaningful dialog about this matter in the community.
Mayor Gavin Newsom is talking from both sides of this mouth on every single topic. But, there has not been one single comment about California Senate Bill 792. That is why I say do not trust this lying Mayor. If he could do his best friend's wife - he cannot be trust at all. Pathetic Loser.
The 49ers have a bright Financial Officer who early on realized that the environment should play an important role and he did all he could to steer the 49ers away from the toxic radiological contaminated Hunters Point Naval Shipyard that mostly is still under the jurisdiction of the United States Navy. It really requires a BILLION to clean up the entire Shipyard. The Navy contaminated it and so the Navy has to clean it.
On the side lines Richard Blum has been trying to use CALPERS money to finance Lennar and has failed. Even as today Richard Blum and his ilk are raking up millions while depriving hard working workers who pay into the CALPERS that make less then $50,000. We have the same crooks, making high salaries and playing with the lives of common folks. Started a long time in the Ghettos. Then came the likes of the Rothchilds - history is replete with such vermin that we the people - permit to leech on the common people that need help.
Thank God we have some one like Senator Leland Yee that can deal with such thugs who have ruined our Nation Economic foundations. Richard Blum has deep connection with CALPERS and other dubious financial entities.
Imagine a Senator like Diane Feinstein signing on to Proposition G. The Proposition backed by Lennar that Lennar spent over $5 million and lost - really. The Proposition increased the affordable housing to 33% and cannot deliver to this day. Promised the tenants of Alice Griffith the sky and cannot deliver anything much.
Today, as I said the proponent of Proposition G are using Senate Bill 792 to hoodwink the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point. However, the Asian Caucus, the Latino Caucus, the African American Caucus are ready to step up and help the Bayview Hunters Point community. There is movement growing in this direction but the sooner it grows the better the - results.
Lennar has failed on Parcel A and is losing money. It has defaulted on its Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Parcel A. Financial institutions in the know will have nothing to do with Lennar. Lennar Stock are shares are in the single digit and will soon spiral into the CESSPOOL of its own making. Lennar has adversely impacted thousands in Florida, California, and all over the Nation.
The Asbestos adverse impacts are now impacting the workers on Parcel A at Hunters Point who have been working on the site without proper safety gear. Many of them are sick and it is just a matter of time before the contractors like Yerba Buena, Rangers, and others will turn round and sue Lennar.
The Bay Area Air Quality Management District with its point persons Kelly Wee and Jack Broadbent have been bending back wards to accommodate Lennar. Some 11 months ago a back room deal was done with Lennar agreeing to pay $515,000 to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). A fine imposed to help the community. A fine imposed because of Asbestos exceedences by Lennar - bombard the community over and above the 16,000 structures per cubic meter cap. In recent months we have had exceedences of over 45,000, 55,000 and more - with no Notice of Violations and what is more NO Work Shutdown.
There is ONLY so much one can adversely impact the community. Soon, there are going to be results. Heads will fall off the cliff and that will be soon.
BAAQMD promised to test the children and adults adversely impacted but to this day nothing much has happened. Line up the characters Michael Cohen, Jesse Blout, Richard Blum, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Jack Boardbent, Amy Brownell, Mitch Katz, Marcia Rosen, Saul Bloom aka David Saleman and find out what is the common denominator?
Then you have the side kicks Kelly Wee, Rajiv Bhatia, Angelo King, Aurelious Walker, Willie B. Kennedy, Linda Richarson, Amos Brown a few other nut cases and you have a perfect cocktail for confusion and mass destruction of the Bayview community.
The San Francisco Board of Supervsior are fast asleep. We are talking about over 1500 acres of land that this City and County of San Francisco wants to turn over to Lennar:
1. Lennar is sinking in the cesspool of its own making.
2. Lennar declared bankruptcy on Mare Island and adversely impacted Vallejo in the Bay Area.
3. Promised to build 10,000 homes near Vallejo and had nothing to show after 10 years.
4. Promised to clean up Mare Island and it is dirtier then ever.
5. It has failed at Parcel A on Hunters Point since 2003. It established itself as a LLC in 1998.
6. Today it has changed its partners is a LLP and had defaulted on its Disposition and
Development Agreement linked to Parcel A on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
7. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District , the Environmental Protection Agency, the
Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the Water Regional Board, the San Francisco
Health Department, many other local, State and Federal Agencies are look the other way -
because SF City Hall, the Mayor, Gavin Newsom, the SF Redevelopment Agency are all
circumventing the law. There is KARMA and it will come to haunt those that have BLOOD on
their hands.
8. I said it ten years ago Lennar will fail. No good what so ever will come out of Hunters Point
Naval Shipyard. No good what so ever. Now, what we have done is beginning to affect the
City and County of San Francisco. We have no money and yet we have been pandering to
Lennar on Treasure Island and Hunters Point.
9. The 49ers should not have nothing to do with Hunters Point. Today, the decision to remain
at Santa Clara is a holistic one. The 49ers have more fans in that area then San Francisco.
In fact Sacramento has more 49er fans then San Francisco. The time has come to force the
United States Navy to clean up the entire Shipyard to residential standards.
10. We have informed the President Barrack Hussein Obama, Lisa Jackson from the
Environmental Protection Agency, and the leading Regulatory Agencies but have not
got anything in writing on the clean up issues and adverse impacts impacting thousands
all over San Francisco.
In the interim Proposition G backed by Mayor Gavin Newsom is going no where.
Proposition F demanded the clean up of the entire Shipyard. It also mandated fifty percent affordable housing. Today, the same crook like Lennar that screwed the Housing Market with sub-prime loans and other gimmicks is trying to vie the State of California to give them grants.
CALPERS gave Lennar over a Billion in grants and Lennar declared bankruptcy. We know the players behind the scenes - Willie L. Brown Jr., Richard Blum, Walter Shorestein, and others - the same vermin that have plagued the evil politics of San Francisco for years.
Again, there is KARMA and in the hundreds of articles I have written and exposed the "thugs" and the "ILK" the same ones that have their hand in unregulated financial institutions, head department to facilitate crime, even as Representatives in Washington DC.
