The LYING SF Mayor Gavin Newsom and the Out Migration of thousands of Black from SF.

Once San Francisco had a population of of about 100,000 Blacks that population has dwindled to less then 20,000. Once twenty five percent of San Francisco was BLACK now it is less then five percent.

In recent years Mayor Gavin Newsom a White Racist Mayor who is well respected by the House Negroes - has used Blacks to divide Blacks and has targeted mostly poor Blacks in poor neighborhoods to drive them out of San Francisco and into oblivion.

Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Westbay Community Center situated at 1290 Filmore Street was packed. What made this Town Hall meeting important was that many young people gathered in
great numbers to hear the Speakers talk about Out Migration or Gentrification. In simple terms when a Racist Mayor like Gavin Newsom - deploys tactics to remove poor mostly Blacks from Public Housing and destroys lives. Also, other issues connected to Gentrification.

It all started some years ago when the present City Attorney who wants to run for another term - at the bequest of the Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom targeted a small area called the Oakdale Housing Project and declared the area a " Gang Injunction" area.

Some of us fought the Gang Injunction but to no avail. Soon Gang Injunctions were declared in the Mission Area and in the Western Addition known to many Black as Fillmore.

It seems there is a co-relation between Gang Injunctions and Developers.When the GREEDY want land and when they see what they perceive some folks to be BLIGHT - some not meeting their needs and aspirations - they will use devious ploys and machination to do what it takes.
Hence Gentrification and the large scale removal of people that are mostly poor.

In this case the removal of poor people and they happen to be mostly Black. But, there are hundreds of Samoans, Asians, Latinos, Native Americans, others - that are adversely impacted and got in the net of Racism brought about by one Mayor Gavin Newsom.

The youth that gathered on June 25th at the Westbay Center got the message. For the first time they learned about the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and its ploys. Never mind that they have employed many Blacks to do the dirty work for the White Mastas. For the first time in their lives the YOUTH heard the TRUTH. So watch out all you SELL OUTS.

It is amazing to witness the SF Redevelopment Commission that has many Blacks sell out the community left, right, and center. There is not one person that represents the Bayview Hunters Point at the SF Redevelopment Agency. But there is a representative from the Pacific Heights Mafia catering to the needs of the Mayor of San Francisco.

The last frontier that is the Bayview Hunters Point and over 2568 acres is left to the ploys and machinations of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the Commission and an EVIL, Racist Mayor called Gavin Newsom.

The Black youth are our future and they must learn to be educated on issues and focus on UNITY and target those forces that have been detrimental to their welfare and better interests. No one in the schools, colleges, and universities explains to those affected about the forces that keep Blacks and people of color - down and deprive them from living decent lives.

It is a fact that most poor Black men and now women die before the age of forty and if they do not die - most of them are incarcerated. If this is not a crying shame - I do not know what is. The few Black men and women that are found living in the community and are poor - fall prey to diseases such as HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, then there is cancer and need I say more.

The Blacks that have moved to the suburbs seem to think they should not have nothing much to do with those that are poor and live in Public Housing. Some of them have fallen prey to sub-prime loans, have had their homes foreclosed and are renting and feeling the pain of poverty - and now seem to have regained their senses.

The areas such as Huntersview, Potrero Hill, and Sunnydale could all be developed by local Developers and the homes given to the people that live there now. I mean they should be able to own the homes, in the neighborhood they have grown up in. Not so according to the plan of Mayor Gavin Newsom.

That is NOT the plan of the Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom - he wants Blacks out and panders to the House Negroes many of whom I have named here - before. Gavin loves dividing communities, he loves using people and dumping them, he loves lying and taking credit for things he has not done. To top all of this he wants to run for Governor of California.

I bet you this despicable character will never, ever, be the Governor of California. This crooked man has no decency and is a LIAR of the highest order. Recently, while proposing the SF City's Budget the man decided to cut of funding to those groups that most need help. Imagine, having such a "Rogue" in Sacramento and one who panders to those around him - mostly inept, arrogant under forty White brats.

The time has come for Blacks not to vote for those candidates that have NOT done a thing to help people of color in San Francisco. Remember the person that initiated Gang Injunction. Remember those that did not stand for what was right and backed those that with "intent" to harm so many and destroyed so many families of color.

The Rogue Developers are getting ready to steal the land and build inferior homes with high density. Leading the charge the rogue Lennar company that has filled the coffers of Mayor Gavin Newsom. Then comes Mercy Housing followed by the John Stewart Company of Geneva Towers fame and the Bridge Developers.

Gentrification is here and we must expose the bastards or forever hold our peace.
