Transition Santa Cruz wants to engage community members in thinking about how we can increase our local self-reliance. Building Community Resilience, an 8 week study course, will explore what peak oil, climate change and economic instability mean for us individually and as a community and what skills and thinking tools we will need in order to embrace the transition before us.
