Los Angeles City Council Schedules Medical Marijuana Hardship Hearing for Wed Jun 17th
The Los Angeles City Council has scheduled one hardship exemption hearing for next Wednesday's session.
What makes this hearing worth watching is that Cahuenga Caregivers was one of the original 187 collectives that registered under the Los Angeles ICO prior to November 13, 2007 but they were forced to relocate when their landlord received a letter from the DEA and evicted them.
Approximately 50 of the original 187 registered collectives here in Los Angeles have moved from their original location that they filed with the city so this hearing has significant implications for many others besides the operators of Cahuenga Caregivers Inc, dba Bulldog Cafe.
