i was hoping to see an animated version of noam
he wrote a book based on his principles of behaviorism being applied to an entire society, or actually more of a commune

yes- Chomsky was one of the earlier academics to demonstrate problems with or argue against Skinner and behaviorism, with his ideas of innate grammar and critical periods of language acquisition during childhood. That was Chomsky's big linguistics idea.
