Racist Radio Host Hal Turner Arrested

Is America a better country if the precedent is established that police lie to civilians telling them to come in person to the police station on the grounds of "we need to protect you from threats" only for that person to then find out they are under arrest ?

Isn't it better if they want to arrest someone, to goto the person with a warrant and a charge ?

What happens if this precedent (in a case you like the outcome of ) then becomes used in another case (which you don't like the outcome of ) ?

How do you then re-establish the principle that the police should honestly tell citizens the truth when they call, rather than making up a story as a way to bring them to the station and put them under arrest ?

So, regardless of what you think of this person or if he should be arrested and jailed, do you think that its a good thing for the police department of a totally different state to misuse the local police department of a person and have that person lied to as a way to arrest him?

It appears that Hal Turner maybe expecting the Roman Catholic church, and its Bishop in Connecticut to come to his defense. From what I've read the Roman Catholic spokesman in Connecticut, a priest in the legislature, is already saying that the Roman Church & its Bishop made a mistake lobbying without registering as a lobbyist and spending more than $2000 dollars on lobbying.

So the Roman Catholics and their Roman Church will not help Hal Turner who went out on a limb for them. Plus, those who Turner spoke harshly of, are themselves Irish Roman Catholics who are promoting homosexual behavior!

Too bad for Hal Turner.
