Senator Mark Leno turns his back on his SF constiutents to embrace Rogue Developer, Lennar

Senator Mark Leno is not to be trusted. Senator Mark Leno is fishing and looking forward to be the next Mayor of San Francisco. Well, whatever he touches turns to crap and we know what happened to Prop 8. Now, whether he likes it or not he will fail with California Senate Bill 792. More, in his vain run for Mayor of San Francisco.

We have Representatives in Sacramento like Assembly person Tom Ammiano who is QUEER but has fought for all the people. Recently, Tom Ammiano joined Senator Leland Yee and Assembly person Fiona Ma to request Mayor Gavin Newsom to remove 1.5 million plus of toxic soil - mostly radiological in nature - from Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Tom Ammiano fought for Universal Health Care but others want to take credit for it. Tom also initiate the SF Identification Card and several other Ordinances that benefited San Franciscans and others. In Sacramento Tom is trying to do the right thing - like the Legislation linked to Oscar Grant. In this in was joined by Senator Leland Yee.

When is comes to Senator Mark Leno - the story is different he thinks he is in Sacramento to fool around and pussyfoot - well, he has been exposed as a good for nothing - greedy individual. The likes of Goldman Sacks Lehman Brothers and so on.

The paradox is that Senator Mark Leno chose to play dirty politics. Well, he can as he always has - joined evil forces to fill his campaign coffers. Mark Leno has always been slick and because of his devious ways - he has been an abject failure and has NOT represented San Franciscans at all. The problem is that no one calls a spade a spade and we are permitting such devious devils to do all of us - in.

Senator Mark Leno has tried this ploy before and failed. He tried to initiate AB1187 and the Hunters Point Shipyard Development Authority (HUPSDA). I shot it down.

This time some of us exposed him as diplomatically as we could - but the man seems to be in BED with Lennar and the many fake organization led by Aurelious Walker, Sophie Maxwell, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, CBRE, and the Pacific Heights Mafia.

What has Senator Mark Leno done for the Southeast Sector and the Bayview Hunters Point?
Nothing.

Has Senator Mark Leno held one single well meeting with good outreach to the community on Senate Bill 792? NO.

Has Senator Mark Leno in all the time that he has been in Sacramento - faking to represent San Francisco - has this weasel held one single public meeting in the Bayview Hunters Point on any issue? No.

Well, many of us are fed up with this slick so call Representative who thinks he is Kosher but is freaking - Bogus.

Parcel E and E2 on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is one of the most toxic and polluted sites in the Nation. It is these parcels that forced the Regulatory Agencies to put Hunters Point Naval Shipyard on the Superfund List. Only the worse of the worst TOXIC sites are placed on the Superfund Site.

Now, here comes Mark Leno and envisions with Lennar a Rogue Developer to convert Parcel E and E2 to a Crissy Field like site. This is more then ridiculous in this day and age.

Mark Leno has sold his soul to the devil - but, what is disgusting he has used his constituents and turned his back on decent folks. He has with intent chosen to be with the sell outs of Bayview the many that I saw that came to the initial hearings - before the bought out Pevley.

I askedthese ignorant mostly Blacks who had come to testify - if they knew what they had come for all the way to Sacramento from the Bayview Hunters Point. Most of them did not have any idea. Then when the time came to endorse SB 792 - each one of them said the same sad thing - " we support SB 792".

This process is making a mockery of the democratic system. We are permitting one devious person with evil personalities to control the destiny of thousands of people.

Here is what is going to happen. Before the year 2012 - if the radiological elements are NOT removed - the land will tear apart and the entire City of San Francisco will suffer.

It does not matter what the circumstance - liquefaction, flooding, or for that matter Nature Taking it Course.

I challenge Lennar to build 10,500 in and around Parcel E and E2 and not be responsible for this drastic fiasco that will kill thousands.

Now, I admire Fiona Ma, Leland Yee, and Tom Ammiano for leading the charge to remove the 1.5 million tons of toxic waste. And, I understand that some entities stand to profit from the removal of the toxic dirt and were behind the letter. Anyway, one look at this issue, and the sane thing to do is remove the radiological elements and have them hauled - away.

Most people do not know that Parcels B, C, D, G, E, E2, F, and the newly named parcel are still under the United States Navy - on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

It is strange that slick California Senator Mark Leno is initiating legislation that is dubious in nature as we all know from the 7.5 mile Public Trust Land that the SF Port Authority has jurisdiction over - is having difficulty managing.

To add another 900 acres to this area - call is Public Trust Land and give the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency more power is simply uncalled for.

The SF Redevelopment Agency a quasi-State agency has FAILED San Francisco since its inception.

In the mean time Sierra Club opposed the Bill but only as far as some endangered species were concerned. I spoke for over ten minutes total and opposed the Bill at the initial hearing before the Land, Water, and Natural Resources committee.

Let me state for the final time the land all of it in San Francisco belongs to the Ohlone - in this case the Patrimonial Jurisdiction belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone.

We exercised our Right of First Refusal in 1991. The Muwekma Ohlone Tribe has not been contacted by the evil and devious Senator Mark Leno.

I represent the Tribe on Base Closure and Infrastructure Issues. Let me make that damn clear.

The United States Navy should clean up the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Senator Mark Leno is providing an escape route to the United States Navy - to permit them to cap the land.
The Muwekma Tribe wants the Watershed to be cleaned. It also wants to remind Mark Leno that the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard contains the Sacred Remains of the Ohlone - a desecration that Senator Mark Leno is not fully - cognizant of.

The Environmental Protection Agency, the California Regional Water Board, the Department of Toxic and Substance Control, the San Francisco Health Department, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, the many other State and Federal Regulatory agencies have looked the other way - when it comes to people of color and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Well, we have a MOVEMENT and this time we will follow Senator Mark Leno if he tries to seek any office in San Francisco. Make sure he notes what I am saying. The man better change his evil stripes and become Kosher - before he really feels the wrath of the people that are decent and will not stand for his nonsense.

The First People the Muwekma Ohlone own the land. It is totally wrong for evil, devious, strangers to use legislation like California Senate Bill 792 to cheat, deceive, adversely impact thousands in the name of GREED:
