Protesting Proposition 8: Photos of Van Ness Avenue Shutdown
Here is a link to photos I took this afternoon.
San Francisco
May 26, 2009
In the continuing struggle for complete marriage equality, activists shut down a major street thoroughfare at the intersection of Grove and Van Ness.
They were protesting the state Supreme Court decision which upholds Proposition 8 which ends state-sanctioned gay marriage.
